Trump Orders Hospitals to Use ICU Beds For Confederate Statues

Now he wants to build a national park for his confederate heroes.

New Rule: Everything said about anything trump says or does must be prefaced with the statement, “Trump is an idiot”.

The Question Mike Pence Couldn’t Answer: Is it harder for black Americans to make in this country?

The USA was formed and established for white European immigrants. They “discovered” a land where beings had inhabited for centuries, but EUROPEANS “discovered” it. Although ALL people of color have been oppressed, exploited and excluded in the USA, indigenous people (those who were here before anyone else) and black people (those who were kidnapped and brought here as slaves) have suffered the most.

“is it harder for black Americans to make in this country?”

EVERYONE knows the truthful answer to that question. The person who asked it knew the answer. It was a rhetorical question that was obviously intended to start a conversation. A conversation that many white people are fearful of, any many simply want to ignore. To be sure, we have always moved in the direction of a more perfect Union, although it has been a very slow process. I recall Condi Rice commenting that the Constitution did not have people like her in mind when it was established. Clearly, she was absolutely correct in that people like her were not considered as “people”.

The good news is the ignorance of white Americans is literally DYING. As of 2017 the majority of new births in the USA were non-whites and non-Hispanic whites are dying at greater numbers than other ethnicities. What does this mean? One thing it means is that people who actually lived in a government sanctioned segregated society are dying, and those who never experienced that environment are less likely to harbor racist attitudes.

Part II of My ADD Journey Through Life

I sense that you kind of fell out with me because of my attempt to share my excitement about The Law Of One with you, but I think this post is exceptional, AND very relevant to me, as one of my two biological grandsons has been diagnosed with AD/HD.

I am a black man who grew up in the segregated south. Black boys were not allowed to have AD/HD in those days. In fact I never knew of ANYONE who was ever diagnosed with AD/HD when I grew up, although there were a few kids who behaved the way kids who are diagnosed with AD/HD behave today. So when my daughter told me that my grandson was diagnosed with it, I was skeptical.

Since she is a single parent, she has asked me to administer corporal punishment on him a couple of times, because he has exhibited extreme negative behavior, such as hitting his mother. Again, I am old-school and that is ONE thing you NEVER do. To hit anyone is bad enough, but the hit your mother is inexcusable.

I have two biological daughters, two stepdaughters and two stepsons. I spanked my biological daughters when they were growing up, but not too much because they did not have many behavioral issues. I think I spanked one of my stepdaughters one time when she about eight. I spanked one of my stepsons almost everyday from about nine years old to maybe twelve. I have a very good relationship with all of my children today. We laugh about the spankings now that they are adults.

My grandson is twelve now, and my daughter had never asked me to spank him until about a year ago. He has NEVER misbehaved in my presence. When he was younger, her approach to discipline was not to use corporal punishment, but when he hit her, she thought he needed more severe discipline than meds or counselling. I reluctantly obliged, because I am not around my grandson too often and I had not spanked a child in many years. From my perspective, a parent or a grandparent NEVER wants to hit their children. However, my attitude use to be, and to an extent it still is, that I would rather hit my child to teach them in love, rather than have a policeman hit him or her without love.

My grandson is extremely intelligent and has great concentration for things he is interested in. However, his attention span is severely limited in things he is not interested in. Counselors have told my daughter that he has not developed an ability to make “executive” decisions, and that he might not develop that ability for a while, so some things we would expect him to do at his age, he CANNOT do because the lack of development in this area. Until he develops that ability, adults will have to help him in that area. I can accept that, but I still cannot tolerate him hitting people, ESPECIALLY women.

The White Authoritarian Skin Beneath the Surface of U.S. Society

I think Biden will listen to those who promote systemic change. My personal feeling is that the living organism of Earth has changed to a vibration of love and compassion, and going forward all societies of Earth will reflect that. Trump’s Latest Plan for the Recovery? TOTAL DENIAL!

The “moron” is running our federal government. As I type, he has invoked the Insurrection Act in Washington D.C.. He can get away with it because we have no independent justice department and we only have one responsible chamber of Congress.

You are correct. Trump cannot solve any problems, but he is not at all interested in solving any problems. He is only interested in doing as much damage to the government as possible before his arse is put in prison when republicans are thrown out of Washington D.C..

Religion – Lost and Found

Love is the most powerful energy in existence. History is often written by the victor. However, it is not only written by the victor. Additionally, who determines who is the victor? Is the winner of a battle or a even a war always the victor? In the final analysis everything balances. The victor today may become the loser tomorrow.

I don’t speak of anything. I only shared that The Law Of One resonates with me, so I suggested you might like to check it out. The free will distortion allows you and I accept or reject anything. The Law Of One teaches that even that works in service to The One Infinite Creator.

I encourage you and Khirad to check out The Law Of One. I was indoctrinated in Christianity and I still accept the teaching of Jesus for the most part. However, even as a child I had reservations about Christianity, which was the only religion I knew of, as to me Judaism was the beginning of Christianity, since Jesus was a Jew. As I matured I began to have problems, not so much with religions, but with how men practiced their religions. It struck me as they were attempting to limit what my perspective of God was/is. The concept of The Law Of One has always resonated with me, but it wasn’t until recently that I became aware that it is really a thing, and many people believe as I do.

Basically, both creation and evolution are correct. This too was given to me at an early age. It seemed to me that everything that exist evolves, but before it can evolve it has to exist. So the concept that everything is a projection of The One Infinite Creator (love/light), and that all things work in service to The One Infinite Creator, whether they realize it or accept it, just resonates with me. I Am The One Infinite Creator, with a free will distortion as well as other distortions. I Am a mind/body/spirit complex. My “self” consist of The One Infinite Creator, my own mind/body/spirit complex and my other selves (everything else).

The Law of One

I didn’t know my post about this was published until yesterday. I think you said you were not going to read any of my post anymore. I don’t know if your reply to this post was before or after that. At any rate, thank you for your reply.

I would like to correct a few things that I misrepresented in the post. First, I misstated the purpose of the third density, according to Ra. I previously stated that the purpose of the third density is to learn to how to give and receive love. That is not totally correct. The purpose of the third density is to learn ways to love and in the process to make a choice between being polarized to service to others, or service to self. I don’t know if the choice is a conscious one or an unconscious one, but until that choice is made a mind/body/spirit complex cannot ascend to fourth density, but rather has to repeat a third density incarnation until the choice is made.

Additionally, according to Ra, the Earth began evolving to fourth density about forty years or so ago, due to the completion of a major cycle of evolution. At some point Earth will no longer support third density inhabitance, so those who have not ascended to fourth density will have to complete third density on another sphere. Before a harvest can be completed, enough mind/body/spirit complexes will have to be positive polarized (service to others) or negative polarized (service to self). One has to be at least 51% positive polarized or 95% negative polarized in order to ascend to fourth density. My understanding is that people like trump will ascend to fourth density because they are extremely negative polarized, inbetweeners will actually have to repeat third density. I am still studying this so I don’t know if the third density physical vehicle has to expire before fourth density ascension or not.

I also incorrectly stated that the mind/body/spirit complex becomes a social memory complex in fourth density. Further study leads me to understand that initial incarnation in fourth density is as a mind/body/spirit complex. However, in fourth density the thoughts of mind/body/spirit complexes are open to other mind/body/spirit complexes, and that openness results in the mind/body/spirit complexes evolving to a social memory complex. STILL LEARNING.

Btw, as I appreciate it, all communication related to The Law Of One is a sharing as opposed to an attempt to influence one to accept or reject The Law Of One. Since the Law Of One forbids infringing upon the free will distortion of other selves, there are no attempts to persuade or influence other selves.

I apologize. I thought I was posting on “Short Post”. My comment didn’t have anything to do with your post about re-opening. My comment related to that is this:

Like most people, I support re-opening if it is done in a way that protects the health of the country. Lives, even the lives of the most vulnerable among us, who are often the least of these, is more important than money.

If people go out without face coverings and don’t continue to practicing social distancing, common sense tells us the number of cases and the number of deaths WILL increase.

Who do you believe, Biden or Reade? IF you believe Reade, what do you do about it? Are Democrats willing to say since Biden is accused of sexually assaulting only one woman, and trump is accused of sexually assaulting dozens of women, we will excuse it because he is our guy? IF Reade’s story is true, Democrats still have time to nominate someone else, OR we can take the chance that all of trump’s negatives will outweigh this infraction by Biden.

We should not be deluded into thinking we will ever have a perfect candidate. However, there are degrees of imperfection. The question is, are we willing to accept this degree of imperfection?

Trump, Kalki, and The Final Solution!

A very thought-provoking post. Ideas are subsets of ideals. Both ideas and ideals are manipulated by powerful men, regardless of the type of government in place. There is a school of thought that we (humans and non-humans) create our own reality, while at the same time co-creating the reality of ALL things at a specific point on the time/space continuum. COVID-19 is one more “event” humans are confronted with. How we react to it, of course, will determine how it effects our societies. It will have both negative and positive effects on us. Whether the negative effects or the positive effects dominate is up to us.

What Is “The Rule Of Law?”

A basic tenet to the rule of law is that NO MAN IS ABOVE THE LAW. Or NO PERSON. However, laws have no power if those who carryout the laws are corrupt, and there are no checks and balances to hold them accountable. That is where we are today.

Men have always and I suspect will always try to circumvent laws for their personal and/or group benefit. Certain people in our society have always been above the law, not by statute but by practice. If the stewards of the law look the other way when someone violates the law, the law is of no consequence to the beneficiary of looking the other way, or to those who looked the other way.

Trump has clearly violated MANY laws. He has not only violated norms and principles, but actual statutes. However, those in charge of our government have placed the office of the presidency above the law by virtue of adhering to the 1973 Office of Legal Counsel OPINION (not a law, but an OPINIOIN) that a sitting president cannot be indicted.

Further, a CORRUPT republican controlled Senate is complicit in the commission of crimes by trump, because they have looked the other way. Actually, not only have republicans in the Senate looked the other way, but so have republicans in the House as well as the chief justice of The Supreme Court. These people acknowledge that trump has violated laws, but it is okay because he is THEIR guy and they have the constitutional power to look the other way in the application of their power to impeach and remove a president from office, WHEN IT IS THEIR GUY.

Chief Justice Roberts could have intervened in the impeachment trial to carry out his RESPONSIBILITY to preside over the trail and to not ALLOW, but to actually REQUIRE witnesses and evidence. That doesn’t mean that trump would have been removed from office, because Senate republicans would have still voted to acquit him. However, the PEOPLE would have seen and heard evidence of the commission of crimes on the part of trump and his merry band of idiots.

Although republicans like to cite the original intent of the framers of the Constitution when interpreting it, they ALWAYS attempt to distort the original intent when it does not serve their agenda.

From Federalist 78:

There is no position which depends on clearer principles, than that every act of a delegated authority, contrary to the tenor of the commission under which it is exercised, is void. No legislative act, therefore, contrary to the Constitution, can be valid. To deny this, would be to affirm, that the deputy is greater than his principal; that the servant is above his master; that the representatives of the people are superior to the people themselves; that men acting by virtue of powers, may do not only what their powers do not authorize, but what they forbid.

Nor does this conclusion by any means suppose a superiority of the judicial to the legislative power. It only supposes that the power of the people is superior to both; and that where the will of the legislature, declared in its statutes, stands in opposition to that of the people, declared in the Constitution, the judges ought to be governed by the latter rather than the former. They ought to regulate their decisions by the fundamental laws, rather than by those which are not fundamental.

A Thoughtful Note to Democratic Voters: Calm the Fuck Down

Yes it is still early, but momentum is important and Americans have a monkey see, monkey do mentality. If Bernie wins Super Tuesday he COULD go to Milwaukee with the majority of delegates. I don’t know how a brokered convention will turn out.

A candidate will need at least 50% of elected delegates in order for super delegates to vote on the first ballot. I can’t see Bernie getting 50% of Democrats voting for him in the primaries under any circumstance. Since republicans have cancelled or is cancelling most of their primaries, in states with open primaries, many republicans are likely to vote for Bernie. I suspect leaders of the Democratic Party realize this and they have a plan to combat it. What that plan is, I don’t know.

I really don’t think Bernie can beat trump in the general. It COULD happen, but I am not optimistic about that. Personally, I would have to hold my nose real tight to vote for Bernie, but I would vote for him over trump in a nanosecond. If he gets the nomination, I don’t think real Democrats will do like Sanders supporters did in 2016 and vote for trump or not vote at all.

Democratic Primaries and The Art of Pearl Clutching

A presidential election year is a boom for the entertainment news industry. They MUST report of polls, gaffs made by candidates, debate analysis and speculations about who will eventually win. The corporate news media is interested in one thing, ratings/profits. They worship people like Bloomberg and Steyer because they buy a lot of ad space.

In 2016 the media gave trump millions of dollars of free ad time by simply putting more focus on him than on other candidates in the republican primary as well as the general election, and trump ate that up. Biggly!

The pundits say Biden and Buttigieg had good outings last night. Why? Apparently Biden was more aggressive and Buttigieg was as aggressive, while portraying a sense of calm. I am biased, but I think Warren was more effective AGAIN, because she continued to appeal to unity while remaining strong on progressive ideals with plans on how to get there. Some pundits say her continued attack on Bloomberg was a fail, because he has no delegates. However, her wisdom informs her that Bloomberg’s threat is not the delegates he has or doesn’t have now, but more about how effective his ad buys could be for Super Tuesday, and the candidate who performs best on Super Tuesday will have a huge advantage on the rest of the field.

I think Elizabeth’s strategy is to come up the middle when Sanders’ less loyal supporters realize how trump will use his socialist label against him, and more so-called moderate voters are turned off by the lack of vision about what we can do together to improve the lives of working people, and that returning to the status quo is not so attractive.

I still think black women will support Warren, and black girl magic will deliver in the primaries as well as the general election.

It’s Time for a Second American Revolution

I am a little afraid to respond to your post because if I disagree with you on any part of it, you tend to go on a rampage. However, you posted on an open forum, so I will take a stab at it.

I agree with the tenor of your post. Bernie is saying we need a revolution. Biden is saying people don’t want a revolution. Warren is saying we need structural change.

It depends on the what the meaning of “is” is. If revolution means big change, I am ready for it. I have actually been ready for it for a long time. Form my observation, I think most Americans want the structural change Warren and Sanders talk about. Call it what you will or may. One of the challenges is how to effect change.

For example; every Democrat, and Sanders and Bloomberg (who are not Democrats) want universal healthcare. I would even venture to say most Democrats would support a universal single payer system, IF it were adequately explained to them.

Most Americans, including Democrats, Independents and even some Republicans support sensible gun safety legislation, as well as sensible humane immigration reform, legislation to address climate change, racial justice and equality, criminal justice, economic justice, gender equality, reproductive rights for women, LGBTQ rights, a living wage. NONE of these things are radical. ALL of them are consistent with basic human rights, especially in a democratic society, and they are supported by the tenets of the U.S. Constitution. The only people who oppose these things are a large portion of the Republican Party. The rest of us just don’t necessarily agree on how to get there.

Our political structure is base on how averse we are to change. As you know, conservatives are more averse to change than are moderates, and moderates more so than progressives/liberals. I think how averse we are to change depends on how the current environment affects us. If we are adversely affected by something, we want it to change yesterday. If the current environment is working for us, change is not as urgent to us, UNLESS we have the capacity to empathize with those who are adversely affected by it. We know that republicans don’t have the empathy gene.

ALL Democrats want to get rid of trump and republicans, and I think most of us will support any presidential candidate who gets the nomination, even Bernie, although some think Bernie will hurt our chances to keep the House and take the Senate. Some of us are not so confident that Bernie’s supporters will support the nominee if it is not Bernie. Since the Democratic Party is a big tent party though, we naturally have a lot of different views. As civilized, well-meaning people, we SHOULD be able to iron out those differences in the primary process and give and take and compromise in a manner that will allow us to agree on a final product, at least for this cycle.

Trump Defense Rests After Saying O.J. Simpson’s Glove Doesn’t Fit Him

I recognize that the majority of Americans probably don’t share my skepticism of whether trump was legally elected in 2016, but when you look at republican administrations since Nixon, ALL of them have been involved in some kind of activity that was illegal and overstepped the boundaries of executive authority.

Of course Nixon had Watergate and trump had Ukraine among many things that led to his impeachment. However, even Reagan and Bush 41 had Nicaragua and Iran Contra, and Bush 43 had Iraq. People blame Hillary Clinton for voting to give Bush authority to use the military as a last resort against Iraq, but they don’t say anything about Bush actually illegally invading Iraq.

During each of these republican administrations, congressional republicans fully supported the presidents, and with trump they actively participated in covering up the crimes. It SHOULD be plainly clear that republicans simply cannot be trusted with being in charge of the government. What part of “unitary executive” and “imperial presidency” do people not understand about republican ideology?

As we have seen in the control trump has over the Senate in the impeachment trial, congressional republicans are willing to completely surrender their legislative oversight authority to THEIR president.

In the future, not only republican members of Congress might be willing to do this, but ANY majority party, including the Democratic Party may choose to do this. So where are checks and balances and separation of powers? Don’t we risk our government being a dictatorship at least for four years, or more? What if one of the dictators decides to suspend elections altogether because “he” thinks it is in the best interest of the country (according to the Alan Dershowitz theory)? I emphasize “he”, because I don’t believe a “she” would behave in this manner.

https://www.thoughtco.com/unitary-executive-theory-the-imperial-presidency-721716

Unitary Executive Theory
Under the George W. Bush administration’s interpretation of the unitary executive theory, the president has authority over members of the executive branch.

He functions as a CEO or Commander-in-Chief, and his power is restricted only by the U.S. Constitution as interpreted by the judiciary.

Congress can hold the president accountable only by censure, impeachment or constitutional amendment. Legislation restricting the executive branch has no power.

Imperial Presidency
Historian Arthur M. Schlesinger Jr. wrote The Imperial Presidency in 1973, a groundbreaking history of presidential power centering on an extensive critique of President Richard Nixon. New editions were published in 1989, 1998 and 2004, incorporating later administrations.

Although they originally had different meanings, the terms “imperial presidency” and “unitary executive theory” are now used interchangeably, although the former has more negative connotations.

My concern if nothing is done to those who helped trump to cover up his crimes is that it will become normal to do that as part of the legislative function of Congress. To me there is clear and convincing evidence that House and Senate republicans conspired with the White House to cover up his crimes and cloak it as normal legislative business.

For example Devin Nunes’s chief of staff met with Parnas,

https://www.thedailybeast.com/lev-parnas-claims-he-met-devin-nunes-several-times-he-knows-who-i-am

Lev Parnas, an indicted ex-associate of Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani, told MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow on Wednesday night that he had met Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) “several times,” adding that Nunes and his aide Derek Harvey were involved in digging up dirt on former Vice President Joe Biden. Asked if it struck him as unusual that Nunes, the House Intelligence Committee ranking member, was one of the leaders in the impeachment inquiry, Parnas said he “was in shock” since Nunes and Harvey “were involved in getting all this stuff on Biden.”
“He was sitting there and making all these statements and all that when he knew very well that he knew what was going on,”

Ron Johnson has spoken to trump about the hold on security assistance for Ukraine.

https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/trump-impeachment-inquiry/gop-senator-says-diplomat-told-him-trump-was-withholding-aid-n1062706

Johnson told The Wall Street Journal that he was informed of the allegations by U.S. ambassador to the European Union Gordon Sondland.
Speaking to reporters in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, before The Wall Street Journal story was published, Johnson said that during the Aug. 31 talk, he asked Trump to “give me the authority to tell [Ukrainian] President [Volodymyr] Zelinskiy that we were going to provide that” aid.

“I didn’t succeed,” Johnson said, according to audio of the interview posted by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
As for why not, Johnson said Trump had concerns, including about “what happened in 2016.”

Lindsey Graham had first hand knowledge of what Giuliani was doing related to the hold on security assistance for Ukraine.

https://www.newsweek.com/lindsey-graham-loop-information-bidens-ukraine-lev-parnas-claims-1484836

Speaking about Sen. Graham, Parnas claimed to have “a lot of information about his dealings” due to his relationship with Giuliani.

The indicted businessman said: “It was surreal then to watch Lindsey Graham up there… he’s out there talking about all this stuff, that this is a sham, this should go away, when at the end of the day, he was in the loop just like everyone else.”

If trump’s legal team didn’t know for sure they had the 100% backing of republicans, they would have actually had to put on a real case. They didn’t because they didn’t have to, and they knew they didn’t have to.

I know this is far-fetched, but my hope is that when we restore the rule of law by electing a Democratic president and a Democratic Congress, we can finally hold trump accountable for crimes he has committed, as well as his accomplishes, including members of Congress who helped to cover-up his crimes.

Mueller’s actions as well as those of the SDNY have guarded against the lapse of the statute of limitation for trump’s crimes, so there is no doubt that he will eventually be tried, convicted and imprisoned. Members of Congress may think they can escape punishment because they can claim they were simply discharging their legislative responsibilities. However, if evidence supports that they were involved in an actual conspiracy to cover-up trump’s crimes, I believe they too can be convicted.

Yes, it will be the first time in our history that these things will have been done, but trumpism has brought about many things that have happened for the first time. It is the responsibility of those who honor the rule of law to not allow them to happen again. We know trump will push further, simply because he only allowed twenty-four hours to pass between the time he initially escaped responsibility for conspiring with Putin to steal the 2016 election, and when he shook down Zelensky. I guarantee you trump will continue to commit crimes. That is what criminals do.

In the Era of Trump, There’s One Main Question. Why?

Further, as a freshman in college I had a very wise math teacher, and one of his favorite admonishments to his classes was RTP (Read Total Problem). Although the raw number of people who voted in 2016 was a record high, the percentage of eligible voters who voted was less than 2008 and 2012. Additionally, although there is certainly a consistent effort on the part of republicans to suppress the vote of minorities, there is also a consistent lack of willing participation in voting by minorities, and young people.

https://guides.libraries.psu.edu/post-election-2016/voter-turnout

Around 138 million Americans voted in the 2016 presidential election. From Business Insider.
However, those 138 million Americans only make up 58.1% of our voting-eligible population (those American citizens over 18). From United States Elections Project.
In Pennsylvania, it is estimated that 61.3% of voting-eligible population voted, around 5,965,000 people. From United States Elections Project.
While these numbers seem high, our voter percentage is not higher than the 2008 (61.6%) or 2012 (58.6%) election turnout. From United States Elections Project.
