Should Pot Be Legal or Not?

I live in Washington and voted for legalizing, so you can guess I’m in favor. Retail stores just opened, and although I haven’t been in one, seems the rules are a bit stricter than in Colorado. A friend checked a store out and said he was surprised at how knowledgeable the staff was, he got information about the type of fertilizer used and was able to get a sativa instead of an indica, which provides a less stony buzz.

My favorite performer, he does so many different styles, but I like the hard rock with Crazy Horse the best, they put on two of my all time favorite concerts.

This is a probably a 10 on the coincidence scale, I hadn’t heard it in a long time so I listened to the album stream. I had forgotten I had unplugged my laptop and right as the final heartbeats at the end of the album faded, the batteries went dead and the screen went black.

Just thought I would post this here to see if anyone else has heard this version of events I heard from a co-worker about the Iran hostage rescue attempt, that varies from the official version. He had mentioned that he was in special forces and had been in the middle east in the late 1970, early 80’s. A few days ago, I asked him if he had known in advance about the rescue attempt. He said he had taken part in it and earned his first Purple Heart for being shot. He stated that the transport plane was not run into by a helicopter, but that the staging area was attacked by the Iranian army, destroyed by them, and they were lucky to get out without more fatalities. The fact that bodies were left behind seems to make his story believable. Perhaps this is more widely known than I am aware of, but I have never heard about it.

Out of the 100’s of concerts I’ve been to, only time I ever saw a band booed off stage was when an unfortunate top 40 lounge band got picked to open for Patti Smith at the height of punk in the late 70’s
