Ferguson, Missouri, is a majority-black city governed and policed mostly by whites. The mayor is white. The police chief is white. The police force is 94 percent white. Only one of its six city council members is black. Ferguson, with a 67 percent black population, seem to defy electoral logic.

With such an unpopular and xenophobic agenda so desperately desired, might not Trump and Bannon see it to their advantage if a terrorist attack did take place and a frightened public fell in line behind whatever they wanted to do?
This country, north and south, was founded on slavery and removal. It is ingrained in the behaviors of Southerners. And it is tolerated and excused by nearly everyone. It's still in our blood. It is a disease, worse than any virus.
It's like the Republicans have built a scale where the fulcrum is so far to the right that conservatism would be in the center and issues most Americans support are "far left".
For some strange reason, police invoke some unwritten rule whenever they encounter a Black man or Woman. The circumstance of the encounter is immaterial. It is as if those who are Black, Brown are instantly dismissed as less-than. Or what I call negation of the concept of being created in the image of God.
"These ISIS guys, they won't be armed, right? I mean, we're seasoned Ferguson cops, we're used to dealing harshly with groups of unarmed enemies, we're great at that."
The message here to the media is, quit playing dumb. Accept what is obviously true about Trump and stop asking "neutral" or fair" questions about what he says and does in the pursuit of appearing impartial.
Satire grants us momentary breaks from the excruciating demands of our seemingly never ending cycles of wayward and frustrating days. In exchange for a little of our down time we are granted a reprieve filled with an abundance of hilarity.
