Thank you, Sweetie, for changing mine too, all for a better one. This was your song to me many years ago. You are my last love. Foreigner I’ve Been Waiting For A Girl Like You
» Posted By SallyT On June 3, 2012 @ 1:25 pm And, this song was dedicated to me once by my first love. (It’s okay, Mr. T knows I had a first love. He’s not bother by that because he knows he is my last love.) I’d Really Love To See You Tonight Dan Seal and John Ford Coley

» Posted By SallyT On June 3, 2012 @ 12:53 pm Bill Clinton Endorses Mitt Romney Sue, I think I am in agreement with you on this. There is so much to go after Romney on. I don’t want to spend any energy against someone that I know is for Obama and will vote for him. If I ruled out everyone that had a different opinion of some of the President actions or voiced their concerns on the campaign but you know they will vote for him, well, for sure the President won’t be re-elected. I have those same feelings on my husband at times and at times he lets me down but I still get in bed with him. My focus is on the other guys and making sure they are the losers! » Posted By SallyT On June 1, 2012 @ 7:09 pm The Shape of the GOP Win in 2012? I Fear The Coup is Coming FC, don’t give my hugs all to Sue. She can have a few, tho. They will be campaigning for other Governors come closer to November. Obama will be looking for Governor support in any state he can get it. And, he should get it! This is a special election but it is also for a possible Democrat Governor state and we need as many of those as we can get, too. I just think we need to be louder and visible wherever the attention is focused at the moment. Hugs back to you! » Posted By SallyT On June 4, 2012 @ 8:45 pm Murph, well bless their hearts! They want to do it themselves? I don’t believe that. They wanted the money, well, we need the win when spending it. This lights up the base in other areas than just WI if there is a win. The Dems need to meet the challenge that shows with more of our people in office, we can make miracles happen. Not WI or any other state is going to do it alone, not this time! » Posted By SallyT On June 4, 2012 @ 8:17 pm FC, I have been thinking the same thing. Why haven’t we made a present there? Oh, send Bill Clinton in the last week of the campaign, whoopee! Okay, President Obama didn’t want to hurt his lead in WI (so they say) but why hasn’t Biden been there a couple of times? This has been a campaign going on for months. When there is a fight going on in the ring, we need to be in our guy’s corner. Our leadership needs to be seen there. We don’t need to be seen there throwing in the towel but supporting our candidate in each round. This Democrat’s race is an important one and we should show we know that and we want to fight to win! After all, this is the real first fight of this election year and it is a big win and a bigger loss. » Posted By SallyT On June 4, 2012 @ 8:04 pm FC, the best of emotions in a fight for what’s right sounds crabby. You crab on my friend! π » Posted By SallyT On June 4, 2012 @ 6:20 pm An America Made in Mitt Romney’s Image FC, I know, what is wrong with the DNC not helping in WI?!? That is just stupid to me. And, I thought that damn TeaParty was dead. Hell, haven’t they used that teabag enough already? » Posted By SallyT On May 16, 2012 @ 8:43 pm KQ, you are not alone in your lack of faith in the American electorate. I am with you on that. It has surprised me too many times to not be concerned with this election. When I heard that Walker was 5 points ahead in WI and that 39% of the Union households were for Walker, it took my breath away. I fear that should Walker win this re-call, it will add to the discouragement of those on the down slope of the economy. It will appear that the money will always win out. It may not be so but to many it will appear so. Will they go out and vote? Although I have faith in Obama being able to handle himself in a debate, I have little faith in the debates themselves. What will be the questions? Will they be of any substantive information? Fact checking comes after the debates and many don’t listen but only to the debates themselves. Right now I am concerned but not yet worried. However, fear might be around the corner in the next couple of months. (The primary vote in Oregon this week was at 32% and the Repugs had 10% more show. This was very low for our mail in votes. Oregon is usually goes blue.) » Posted By SallyT On May 16, 2012 @ 6:35 pm EXCLUSIVE: Mitt Romney’s Proposal to Serve the 99%…it’s a Cookbook! Too cold for this old body. The rain in Portland has put me to bed again. But, I know they have internet access in Belize and I will get on from there! π » Posted By SallyT On April 18, 2012 @ 7:50 pm Whoops, AdLib, I meant to add this one, too. » Posted By SallyT On April 18, 2012 @ 5:09 pm AdLib, this article explains why some of those ads are showing up on some of the stations. “Crossroads GPS and similar groups exploit a legal loophole with issue ads. The groups cannot legally advocate for the election or defeat of a candidate, so issue ads simply attack a candidate’s views or policies. The Crossroads GPS ad criticizing Obama’s energy policy, for example, asks viewers to, “tell Obama to … work to pass better energy policies,” but does mention voting against him.” » Posted By SallyT On April 18, 2012 @ 5:02 pm Weekend Music Thread Special Edition – Create Your Own Song Parody AB, well, I ain’t to good at this but I’ll give a try at the chorus. Because they are not good parents and set the wrong example to children according to them! Oh, I hope a varmint mommy bites them all in the ass! Bito, am I on one too much today? It is Friday the 13th and my evil side that is really my fighting side is out today! Hose me down with cold water should I get to far out there! π » Posted By SallyT On April 13, 2012 @ 6:19 pm I know, Bito, I know. But, it just peed me off! Now watch this and a-hole Wolf Blitzer try to come off as the hero for making Hillary apologize again and again!
» Posted By SallyT On April 13, 2012 @ 5:45 pm FC, this hole thing has peed me off as you can tell from all my comments. Rosen comment was taken out of context and yes she shouldn’t have started with “never worked a day in her life” but the whole point was whether Mrs. Romney could be a good judge of the economic needs of the day for women since she was not challenged with any. So, lets turn this into a “Mommy War” but OH Wait, NOT Lesbian Mommies! » Posted By SallyT On April 13, 2012 @ 5:03 pm Gee, AdLib, the poor President wouldn’t get anything done if he had to take the blame for every mis-statement I have made. It would be an endless battle for him as I keep stepping into it…… However, where is the apologize from the other side for this statement: http://livewire.talkingpointsmemo.com/entries/catholic-league-rosen-had-to-adopt-kids-ann » Posted By SallyT On April 13, 2012 @ 4:14 pm Bito, what got me was that CNN didn’t speak up right away to say she worked for them! They let it go because they liked that all the other channels were playing the clip from their show. » Posted By SallyT On April 13, 2012 @ 3:39 pm Does Mitt Romney Have a Mormon Problem? Sherlock, Dr. Watson spent 8 long years in SLC, UT. You have done a great job with this article. I heard about the plans for Romney way back there in 1979. He is their golden boy. If you don’t think that the church will have any control, you just have to live there for awhile to realize how much they can. Looking forward to your next article! » Posted By SallyT On April 12, 2012 @ 9:38 pm Romney the Private Equity Consultant KQ, very interesting take on the ole Romney. In Romney’s line of business everything is scrap metal. Do you forge it or scrap it at the best price? Most often they are in the scrap game. There are a few “turn around” but if assets have value separate from the operation, well, money is the name of the game. And, they can do it with a smile and tell you it was the best option available. » Posted By SallyT On April 6, 2012 @ 6:50 pm Buy Gravity – PlanetPOV Spring Fundraising & Membership Drive Gee, I was a few days ahead of the campaign but I have no problem giving again. Sorry I can’t give more because I get so much from all of you! » Posted By SallyT On April 11, 2012 @ 5:03 pm I’m sorry that reading the fonts is difficult for you. I don’t think I can do anything about changing those. I have a heck of a time just getting them posted. I ain’t the sharpest at this computer thing. But, if I could, I sure would so you could enjoy them, too. π » Posted By SallyT On November 21, 2012 @ 1:38 pm Thank you, Kalima, for all you do for us to keep us informed. Your hard work is much appreciated. Here is to many, many, many, more years! » Posted By SallyT On November 20, 2012 @ 9:47 pm Glenn, » Posted By SallyT On November 11, 2012 @ 11:43 am CL, I have to agree with you, she keeps getting away with her evil writings and speech because no one tells her she is wrong on so many things. I have to give it to Whoopi on The View the other day. She confronted Ann, was civil about it, but none the less let her know that she was just saying things that Ann knew would enrage. Of course, that seems to sell books and that is what Coulter is out to do. Hopefully, her followers are becoming as Bill Maher said of the Republican Party: “The Republican Party is like the Beach Boys, their fans are dying off.” » Posted By SallyT On November 11, 2012 @ 11:39 amComments Posted By SallyT

I like that! And, I agree! Sometimes it is hard to hold ones tongue but just as hard to keep your ears open. π
