In last week’s GOP debate, Florida Senator and Presidential candidate Marco Rubio expressed his fervent belief that abortion should be outlawed in America with no exceptions, even in the case of rape or to save the life of the mother. Today, Rubio took it a step farther by introducing a bill in the U.S. Senate that would require in all cases, under penalty of law, that a mother would be required to “go to God” after giving birth to a baby.
Rubio’s claims that his “Saving Children Requires Every Woman Makes One Major Sacrifice” Act (or The “SCREWMOMS” Act) is the ultimate Pro-Life bill.
“I believe in the sanctity of life and in order to protect it, I think we need to be willing to require the deaths of anyone, especially women, who threaten it,” Rubio stated. “The lives of the unborn are precious and I will remain dedicated to protecting them up until that final moment when they’re born…and no longer require any concern.”
Rubio went on to explain that after giving birth, a woman has served her ultimate purpose anyway and afterwards, would remain a possible perpetrator of abortion in the future so it would be best, in the name of respecting life, to “send them to Heaven”.
“My candidacy is about representing the future of America. In a Rubio Presidency, through the use of forward-looking principles like women being treated as inferior to men, government laws forcing the deaths of women and men being in charge of making the laws and decisions that enforce all of this on women, we will take America into a new era…the 1950’s!” proclaimed Rubio.
