With the help of my doc, I applied to the pharma co.’s patient assistance programs and was able to get a year’s supply of each; then had to reapply. I think the most inspiring track of the “Africa” CD is Perpetuum’s rendition of “Will You Be There” as a tribute to Michael Jackson.
