I love the clean layout without all the bells and whistles on the front page. I like the main column approach with only a few extra columns with some easy navigation features. Using the tabs at the top is definitely the best way to go with navigating to different pages and features and they too should be relatively clean. Also I have to give props to AdLib on the logo.
