Most people consider human life “priceless”. But they make exceptions. Abortion, death penalty, etc. I’m not a fan of mindless killing. But I have no problem with abortion. So here’s my thoughts and what-not. I think you should have steered away from moral justification entirely and just focused on the necessity. Every organism on earth shares one common necessity. Survival. It’s hardwired into basically everything. Even in humans it can override every other impulse. If you enter into a kill or be killed situation, first of all, how unfortunate, and second,I highly suggest you kill. It is necessary for your survival. And no one’s morals are above that. If someone is going to kill me and I kill them first, I will sleep with a clear conscience. Likewise in killing for the sake of killing. Of course it’s morally reprehensible by almost anyone’s standards but even without that, it’s highly unnecessary. And yes Republicans have gotten our unemployment situation in the state somewhat under control, which was top 3 annually in the nation for high unemployment til recently we’ve begun making improvements, but I really can’t agree with the cuts to the Public Libraries and the further strain they’re putting on our educational budget. But the last Democratic Rep. to run here actually KEPT a lot of the educational cuts in his counter proposal so fuck that guy. I can’t even remember his asshole name. It’s tough here. One side will get yo money but at a huge expense. Doing so is likely the best of the martial arts.” And I saw that documentary too. It was awesome. I love the samurai and their rich history. They will play heavily into my next post. You could say that the Shaolin monks are China’s version of the samurai(even though the monks arose first). They are very similar. Martial training wasn’t just a discipline or tool, it was a way of life. To be Shaolin or samurai was to adopt and entire lifestyle steeped in history and custom.
