This looks more like the last stage of a coup. Consolidating power in himself by stacking the courts as his puppets, discrediting belief in the truth by attacking the press as fake and rigging elections with voter suppression. Spreading propaganda and lies while facilitating Russian-aided disinformation on social media. Trying to shut down the postal service which means shutting down voting by mail. Lastly, raising a fascist, well armed militia to stand against his political enemies. The threat to our democracy couldn't be more urgent.

Many media pundits struggle with object permanence when it comes to the normal, reoccurring process of primaries. Instead of a primary having trust falls and drum circles, the candidates are now actually criticizing each other so they can convince voters why they should be the nominee instead of any of the others. So they can run against Trump. Why is it so hard for them to see that 2 comes after 1?

Brexiters have their own MAGA. They want the "Five Hundred Year Myth," of England; harking back to an entirely self-sufficient England that ruled the world - which never existed.

When people start saying ‘he can’t be racist because he has (your minority of chose goes here) in his cabinet,’ I’m looking for something to Hulk smash. Consider Trump's campaign of terror on immigrants and people of color, from the Muslim Ban to Trump's demagoguing of Latinos as dangerous threats to white Americans to tearing babies away from their parents and locking them in torturous conditions. Isn't he trying to illegally terrorize people in pursuit of political aims? That is the exact definition of terrorism.

A war is being waged against us; a real war effectuated by the slaughtering of unarmed civilians by heavily armed ultra-extremist sociopaths supported by the Republican Party and the lobbyists bought and owned by the gun industry.

Those little boxes we are forced into at birth and those informative years of our lives are about moulding a functioning person. All those labels in those early years are not of your own choosing but of those older wiser and the architects of our foundations.

Racialism excludes, but racism segregates. Racialism is a personal decision. Racism is political. Racialism serves no practical purpose. Racism, in the hands of a demagogue, can control the fates of nations and the lives of millions.

How do we get back to seeing the truth as the truth. What can we do to help others be more able to separate the good stuff from the junk?
