And then, you vote for your preferred party list preference. As long as a party gets a 5% threshold, they will get seats. The requirement of proof of vaccination to be in a public place, a fair and reasonable threshold to protect the majority of people and our economy and society, is very reasonable. And it is a very easy threshold for the unvaccinated to "cure" at no cost. It also allows them to refuse to be vaccinated without endangering those who are vaccinated.

For some strange reason, police invoke some unwritten rule whenever they encounter a Black man or Woman. The circumstance of the encounter is immaterial. In 2015, the second US Trans Study was conducted by NCTE and it found, among other things, that nearly 30 percent of transgender respondents reported having at some time been denied care at a doctor's office that would have been rendered if we were not transgender. So we aren't even talking about refusals for transgender-related care, e.g. hormones...we are talking things like diabetes, broken bones, colds, etc.
