And this is dedicated to every mom and/or dad here. It’s one of my favorite songwriters, Scott Miller, singing a song he wrote for his godson, “Song for Jack Tymon”. I am not a baby person -- they smell musty and make me nervous when they can’t/don’t/won’t hold up their heads -- BUT -- I sing this song to every friend’s baby I can while I nibble their little toes. It’s how I bond to them. It’s also the most perfect prayer for ANY child.
