All this talk about cutting and ceilings and limitations can make one feel a bit cramped. We should be talking and thinking about reaching for something, about America becoming something greater not smaller.

So this weekend’s theme is, “The Sky’s the Limit”, taken literally or figuratively. Songs about the skies and the stars or seeking something better.

All You Need is Love – The Beatles (“There’s nothing you can do that can’t be done.”)

Fly Like an Eagle – Steve Miller Band

Space Truckin’ – Deep Purple

Mr. Blue Sky – ELO

The Galaxy Song – Monty Python
