Not the particulars, but that every one of us has at least minimal access. We didn’t get that. If you have money you get health care, even with pre-existing conditions, wonderful. If you don’t have money you still get nothing. If you are Recently unemployed(weren’t in school through the war) you have extended support great. If you live in say Detroit and there are NO jobs you get nothing. If you pay a lot in taxes you get a refund, great, if you don’t earn enough to pay taxes you get nothing. The left are far left came out in force in 2008 and a country that still is sloped to the right and could barely accept any progressive concepts was swayed. The garage was clean of dirt and clutter and if she was still allowed to drive she could have easily parked the 77 LTD inside(boat of a car). Several years later when grandma passed we all discovered exactly what we had done that day, and several members of the family where rightfully horrified at our labors. You see our job wasn’t to make room for a giant gas guzzling dinosaur to be parked, it was to separate the trash from the heirlooms, the dirt and cobwebs from the glass. I had three grandparents die of smoking related cancers and diseases, so tv personalities smoking on tv seem like kind of a bad idea to me.
This may not be the right thread to debate that issue, I was mistaken in expressing my discontent with Obama/Dem tactics here. I would love to see a new thread along the lines of ‘who/what is the real enemy of a Liberal agenda’. As I see it, your question of HOW (to pass liberal legislation if I got that right)starts by redefining strategy.
