Man of the Streets! And he is the best man left on the battlefield who is able to outwit, outplay and outlast Obama and his campaign machine.” Chuck Norris endorses Newt Gingrich for president And how did he reach this conclusion? Who is most committed to follow and lead by the U.S. Constitution? » Posted By bito On January 20, 2012 @ 3:10 pm I know it’s unkind to make fun of someone looks, lord knows I’m no looker, but I have some very weird fascination with her when she is on TV. She is so robotic, unearthly to me, so much I often miss what Newt is even saying (does that really matter?). I keep waiting for her to show any outward emotion, anything! » Posted By bito On January 19, 2012 @ 12:12 pm That photo and seeing her standing next to newt on the telly, Calista, is frightening. She reminds me of a sci-fi character that is ready to rip off a mask revealing some horrid creature. If there is a birth certificate that needs to be shown, it’s hers. She is from the planet gxlgribl-3! 🙂 Mrs Attacks » Posted By bito On January 19, 2012 @ 11:35 am Statement from the State Department on “Denial of the Keystone XL Pipeline Application…” http://www.state.gov/r/pa/prs/ps/2012/01/181473.htm Today, the Department of State recommended to President Obama that the presidential permit for the proposed Keystone XL Pipeline be denied and, that at this time, the TransCanada Keystone XL Pipeline be determined not to serve the national interest. The President concurred with the Department’s recommendation, which was predicated on the fact that the Department does not have sufficient time to obtain the information necessary to assess whether the project, in its current state, is in the national interest. Since 2008, the Department has been conducting a transparent, thorough, and rigorous review of TransCanada’s permit application for the proposed Keystone XL Pipeline project. As a result of this process, particularly given the concentration of concerns regarding the proposed route through the Sand Hills area of Nebraska, on November 10, 2011, the Department announced that it could not make a national interest determination regarding the permit application without additional information. Specifically, the Department called for an assessment of alternative pipeline routes that avoided the uniquely sensitive terrain of the Sand Hills in Nebraska. The Department estimated, based on prior projects of similar length and scope, that it could complete the necessary review to make a decision by the first quarter of 2013. In consultations with the State of Nebraska and TransCanada, they agreed with the estimated timeline […] » Posted By bito On January 18, 2012 @ 12:37 pm To Defecate in Terror: Mitt Romney gets Google bombed http://www.angryblacklady.com/2012/01/13/to-defecate-in-terror-mitt-romney-gets-google-bombed/ Perhaps more damning than Bill Clinton’s “zipper problem,” George W. Bush’s “cocaine problem,” John Kerry’s “Catholic problem” and Barack Obama’s “progressive problem” combined, Romney’s “animal cruelty problem” has the potential to isolate a dog-lover demographic that cares so deeply for the 78.2 million canines in America that it spends more money pandering pets each year than most countries claim in total gross domestic product. From Maddow: You remember Rick Santorum’s Google problem? Rick Santorum famously
said that same-sex relationships were akin to man on dog relationships. In
retaliation for that and other things, proponents of gay rights Google-
bombed Rick Santorum. They redefined his last name as a vulgar, sexually
explicit term and then they pushed that redefinition of the word Santorum
to the top of his Google search results via a website called
SpreadingSantorum.com. There is now a SpreadingRomney.com Web site, which is about poor Seamus. And it defines the word Romney as a verb, which means…(to defecate in terror). » Posted By bito On January 13, 2012 @ 4:09 pm UpDate: All same sex marriages performed in Canada are legal and the law will be changed to ensure that divorce is readily available to non-residents who were married in the country, Justice Minister Rob Nicholson says. » Posted By bito On January 13, 2012 @ 3:52 pm 2012 New Hampshire Primary Thread Without seeing it, I stand by what I said: “a battle of wits.” » Posted By bito On January 10, 2012 @ 11:05 pm At times the MSM remarks about the huge amount of money in campaigns. Huh, 85% of the monies goes to TV advertising, how much will they really mention. bitch and moan about the travesty of the Citizens United or the cost of campaigns? How else can they pay the talking heads and pudnuts millions without those advertising bucks? Who said (a complete paraphrase) ” don’t trust the opinion of anyone when their answer depends on their livelihood” ? » Posted By bito On January 10, 2012 @ 11:02 pm @AdLib, I wasn’t disagreeing on Warren, I was mentioning history. But now I will disagree. What do we know of her positions on foreign policy and many other topics. She has never held an elected position, so exactly what are her views and has zero legislative experience-Senator Obbama (both state and federal did.) I want her in the Senate and allow her to get her “feet wet” before throwing into the pool. She is hated by R’s as much as Dems love her. » Posted By bito On January 10, 2012 @ 9:51 pm Wow, battle of wits! Hannity and Perry. » Posted By bito On January 10, 2012 @ 9:30 pm My thoughts exactly. Karoli Karoli Any and all discussion of the Biden/Clinton subject is the MSM saying “oh look, a squirrel”( any of various other members of the family Sciuridae, as the chipmunks, flying squirrels, and woodchucks.) Talking about celebrities getting a divorce is so much easier than actually discussing policy. » Posted By bito On January 10, 2012 @ 9:26 pm History says: Senators do not fair well running for prez. Think Rep or Gov. » Posted By bito On January 10, 2012 @ 9:00 pm No Cher, I didn’t read read Mr. Fallows, he either read my tweets or he is a very smart fellow. 🙂 » Posted By bito On January 10, 2012 @ 8:45 pm C’lady and a die hard Union supporter! » Posted By bito On January 10, 2012 @ 8:18 pm Bush #1 and the wounded quail? » Posted By bito On January 10, 2012 @ 8:14 pm Cher, perhaps he shouldn’t have said it, off message, but he is right in a way. The point I think that should have been made was that Romney was slap wrong about choosing an HC insurance company. Under the ACA exchange one can choose their insurance company. Mitt was making it sound like “Big Gubment” was your only choice. BTW, Mitt saying he “liked” firing” people is totally sick, I absolutely hated the times when I had to layoff people due to RIF (reduction in force) when a job was winding down. They were people, my coworkers, my friends/buddies, who had families and bills. #Mittsongs Heart of Stone » Posted By bito On January 10, 2012 @ 8:11 pm Excuse me, Andrea Greenspan sucks dead bears. EDIT: IMHO 😉 » Posted By bito On January 10, 2012 @ 7:48 pm Actually Newtie did mention that he would need both chambers of Congress to get anything done, the others spew their wish list like a kid looking at a “Christmas Wish Book” catalog without ever mentioning that fact. Something Dems need to keep in mind. It takes a congress! » Posted By bito On January 10, 2012 @ 7:46 pm From Nate Silver: Based on a linear extrapolation from the precincts counted so far, the turnout would be about about 225,000 voters. About 240,000 voters turned out for the Republican primary in 2008. One has to remember, neither party was running an incumbent so the totals would probably be lower. I have been trying to find the vote totals in the Dem primary for PBO, no luck, anyone? » Posted By bito On January 10, 2012 @ 7:37 pm What’s under the toopee is what is cracked. » Posted By bito On January 10, 2012 @ 6:53 pm Agree Sue, when I joined in 2009, I soon learned about all those “pesky facts” and being challenged to support my POV. How many times and how many things have we wanted to throw at the telly when politicians, political operatives and pudnuts say things with no supportive “pesky facts?” I have been called out many times by our members, and I have become educated. » Posted By bito On January 10, 2012 @ 6:49 pm Good ‘un, AdLib, “Property not People” might be a partner with that bumper. » Posted By bito On January 10, 2012 @ 6:30 pm They seem to be pushing Buddy, Sue. » Posted By bito On January 10, 2012 @ 6:27 pm The unemployment rate in Germany is 5.5%. Hilarious. Romney charges OBAMA has been practicing “crony capitalism”. #ProjectionMuch? #CNNdebate
My God. Newt Gingrich has figured out how to get an entire room to IGNORE his lies and deceit. This man is dangerous. #CNNdebate
I’m so confused. This is a republican debate mad about the corporate media? #cnndebate
And the crowd basically applauding the idea that White privleged male Republicans should never, ever be questioned.

I would rather watch fox news nonstop than fight over Hillary Clinton.
Now if if I could get someone to notice that the biggest failed answer in the Sunday N.H. debates was how they could instill/develop cooperation with the Dems in Congress and get their “dream-book” proposals passed. They all had a major fail on that question and it went non-reported.
