2014 Elections

Martha Coakley reminds me of Hillary Clinton to the extent that she is clearly intelligent, cares about the issues, yet fails to connect to the citizenry.

In Texas we have a Republican Governor who has deregulated a lot of the businesses and cut government agencies that are needed. Deregulation is one of their top talking points.

When that failed, we asked the Koch Brothers to pay $10 million to Frank Luntz who quickly turned out the framework for this new language we've come to call, 'Benghazian'. "

Since it is Republican policy to do nothing for America and since Obama is doing something for America...which contradicts their policy, they are seeking to sue him. I believe the charge is "Driving Policy While Democrat...and Black".

A lot of money has been spent on a tiny Missouri state assemby race by the GOP....by our estimates six times the average. Why? There is no way she was ever going to win. Why throw so much money at so small a race? The Grand Strategy at Work!

Unfortunately, Republicans often ONLY focus on what's happening at their own breakfast table, and seem to be incapable to concentrate on any kind of injustice, as soon as it's their NEIGHBOR, rather than a family member, who's suffering from it.

Liberals will pretend to be conservatives on pivotal issues (knowing that their base will still vote for them) to pick up some conservative votes. From the party that brought you, "Shutdown at the Oh No Corral" comes a new, charm offensive...though they don't understand the phrase too well ("So we need to be offensive in a charming way?")
