I had to deal with a neighbor and member of the co-op whose daughter was diagnosed with COVID (which her parents dismissed as a fraud) and then she got sick, sicker, and still sicker. Rushed to the hospital two nights ago and was kept on a bed in a hallway for 12 hours until they could get her into a double room……she is now in a single on a regular med-surg floor. Now is not the time that they would pull back from their anger and division. Maybe in a year, if COVID has been taken down, jobs are back and income gets better. And maybe if the saboteurs of our society are seen as such and restricted from having such free reign to poison the nation (splitting up and regulating Facebook, as one step), things could at least not be as bad.
