“In Nature, there are neither rewards nor punishments; there are consequences.” Robert Ingersoll
There is deep concern about how we are treating our beautiful home, planet Earth. A once pristine and pure creation
by Mother Nature. For the love of money, evil corporations pollute and consume our natural resources, with no regard to consequences. As long as those Almighty Dollars keep rolling in, they will continue to gut and pollute our beautiful
home (their home too). This is it, this is the only home we have, yet our energy corporations as well as other big industries seem to have no concern for their own future. They choose to take the money and run. Where will they run to
when our planet will no longer sustain life as we know it?
This weekend’s music thread is about conservation, Nature, pollution, clean water and air, and unharvested forests. It’s about undisturbed mountains and clean, clear, flowing rivers and pastoral lakes and meadows. We need to get back to the magnificent garden we once had.
