He is betting he can agitate enough of these folk so much that they will get out to vote even if they have not voted before to win in the Electoral College again. By the numbers he has a potential of some 15 million people to draw from and can take the EC even if we beat him by 5 million in the Popular Vote. Once he has power, there is little or nothing the majority two-thirds who oppose him will be able to do. The shock will be numbing and most will still want to play by the rules that he will not play by.
