THIT!

adlib, What if we call it Palinetology? That way we could cleanse more than a few confused teabaggers of their money at the same time.

Nicole’s callout of PP is still in her HP profile, and she was telling people to go look there. That may be as good of a way as is possible with the censors over there.

I’m glad she’s not on my scope to hunt for. I can do without that kind of comments and would have been uncertain as to what tact to take.

» Posted By Corgi Lover On November 12, 2009 @ 2:57 pm

That sounds positive so let’s not spoil it. We need more good people.

Any chance of a name or is that person involved in the personality frakus issue? Some of them really have an issue based on attendees here. So sad they can’t be more mature about people.

Pepe’: Maybe their “practice-boy” trolls. You know, the ones that aren’t even good enough to be bench warmers.

» Posted By Corgi Lover On November 12, 2009 @ 2:30 pm

KQuark: 13 Steps are good enough for most trolls, though. Especially since the rope and the short drop wait for them at the top.

BTW, not that I’ve ever needed a 12 step program, but I interface with people who help and counsel many who do.

I need a new income. Think we could start a PlanetPOV Center for Recovering Ariannics? We could provide them with all the online time they need in soothing, settling environments that are troll free and full of informative and educational content, plus the chance to make a real difference on real issues. And, it would only cost them $500 a day for the full treatment! Minimum stay, 14 days.

I would say he might have still been playing you, but I find his(her) statements to be so much bull, especially when discussing the economy and history, and have went after him on them. Proof is not important in dealing with him, he’ll quote some exceptionally fruitcase source and act like it’s fact.

adlib et al; I hope we can get some of our Arianna bashing out of our systems so that tomorrow if we get any new visitors we don’t get caught again looking like the only issue we have is Arianna. The debate and other activities will help, but let’s act like we are progressives concerned about progressive causes.

It’s for the good of us all. If anyone else can write anything tonight for release tonight or early tomorrow, that would be great.

BTW, I confess to being as bad of an offender as anyone else. And I don’t even like going there anymore. How will I get my Jon and Kate news? Or the new Huffington Sports section?

Pepe’, Yes, that was me. Just watching the flock as they walk through the value of HP death…

» Posted By Corgi Lover On November 12, 2009 @ 1:59 pm

Let me correct that, it’s gringfloss.

I was going to do a GringoLovesFlossy, but didn’t think it would get past the masters of the delete key.

Kesmarn: I agree. We need to make a concerted effort to inform said cable shows that there are some of us who don’t buy into HuffPo, and especially Arianna, as being any representative of the progressive house. I’ve went out of my way to go to the MSNBC talk show sites and say this any time that Arianna has appeared, especially if she’s put her Greek feet into her mouth. We need to sound reasonable and respectful, but firmly say that she isn’t ours and we aren’t hers!

unless you are using a different name, it wasn’t me. my new recreational sock is (EDIT) gringfloss, with a two headed snake for an avatar.

Afternoon, Nicole. Had to correct myself, it is after noon even here.

» Posted By Corgi Lover On November 12, 2009 @ 11:43 am

Of course you’re welcome. The more the merrier! Invite more of your friends, please!

Mogamboguru: My mouse has those forward / back buttons, which I use a lot. But at HP, and only at HP, did I have to use the button twice to evoke a page movement response. I wonder if they were working on extra clicks that way, too. Wouldn’t put it past them.

Too bad advertisers can’t know if people even notice their product and pay accordingly. I myself almost never look at paid content on a page.

Obama Rejects All Plans Proffered.

I don’t remember. BTW, the avatar is a two headed snake.

Gotta go, doctors appt.

» Posted By Corgi Lover On November 12, 2009 @ 8:56 am

Escribacat. I don’t think anyone was picking on our good friend Pepe’ last night. In fact, I know that the person you questioned was just introducing himself. wink wink.

» Posted By Corgi Lover On November 12, 2009 @ 8:29 am

Absolutely. But this is what I expect from a President. Thinking before you act, whether it be about money, or people.

» Posted By Corgi Lover On November 12, 2009 @ 6:54 am

Their plan was naitivity and arrogance. “We’re Americans, we’ll whip their butts and then everyone will rejoice we are here and the second coming will occur.”

F cking moronic arses.

I too am thankful he’s thinking about it. Most of those crying for instant actions will complain later on even if those actions were what they demanded if it turns out it wasn’t the right move. But many of those complaining now would complain no matter what, after all, they’re Republicans.

HuffNo Friday

Nellie, it’s how she presents herself. The wide thighed and bushy tailed FSU college student with the “quick wit”. She’s irritated me with her ignorance since the first time I’ve read her. I’d rather read AnnFromCA, and she’s cracked too.

So I’ve made a practice of putting her off her game as often as possible.

BDM. My idea of a beautiful ocean is a primo tube at Pipeline or a soft, sheltered cove with plenty of palm trees and a sandy, warm beach.

» Posted By Corgi Lover On November 12, 2009 @ 6:48 am

Yes, BDM, and since they don’t have all the really big storms you guys get the boats are safer, too. I used to live in Costa Mesa, right next door to Newport Beach. Never saw the repair people very busy. Of course, they’re Cali’s, so maybe they were just laid back.

» Posted By Corgi Lover On November 12, 2009 @ 6:34 am

California in the winter is the pits for lighting, IMO. It’s dark at 7 AM and dark at 5 PM. I don’t miss that part of living on the edge of a time zone.

» Posted By Corgi Lover On November 12, 2009 @ 6:21 am

I understand for the guys out there working in the heat why we don’t, but I remember living in the high plains and enjoying the difference, especially the amount of light still out there at 9 PM in the evening during the summer. There are things I do miss about home (funny, I do regard AZ as home, but I guess you always think of where you grew up as home, too.)

» Posted By Corgi Lover On November 12, 2009 @ 6:06 am

Hello Javaz. Good to see you here.

» Posted By Corgi Lover On November 12, 2009 @ 5:56 am

BDM: That’s 10 pm EST, not 11. Hey, you aren’t confused, how do you think us Arizonans feel when we go from a 3 hour time difference for the east coast to a two hour time difference, and simultaneously a 0 hour time difference for the west coast to a 1 hour time difference! Such is the joy of relating to a country that switches to and from Daylight Savings and living in a state that doesn’t use Daylight Savings. But there is logical reasons for it.

The answer is yes, all that ugly black stuff overlapping at the top of the screen.

Sleep tight. Well, maybe a little juiced anyway {smile mischeiviously!}
