I watch the weather and temp quite closely, also how plants and animals are reacting. I know we are going to have a tough winter when the Maple trees produce an over abundance of seeds, (what people call those little helicopters or twirly things), and the squirrels start burying nuts in my garden in Aug. Nature will always give you a heads up to what’s coming down the road with her little hints, the thing is, is to aware enough to see those hints.
