Welcome once again folks to another Weekend Music Thread. Fortunately we have fought the good fight this past year long enough to see another Independence Day celebration. A truly momentous day in American history. A celebration of a monumental achievement by our founders.

Welcome folks to another Weekend Music Thread! Since we've recently been discussing the animals in the world around us, I thought a music thread...

I offer a tribute to all the wonderful women who've made great contributions to the world of music. Female singers, musicians and song writers of all genres have been extremely talented and creative ladies and deserve a special tribute. So pick your favorite ladies' work and sit back and enjoy the picks of other Planet peeps out there.

Welcome Planet folks to yet another Weekend Music Thread. I offer a hardy and warm welcome to any newcomers that may find their way here this weekend. I suspect, that if you're here, you must be music lovers, so sit back and enjoy the picks of others, or post your favorite picks yourself.

Pick your favorite tunes featuring the piano or keyboards, any genre, any artist you enjoy. And as always, have fun and don't forget to smile while doing so!

Pick your favorite Neil Young songs (there are so many) performed by the man himself, some of the other groups he's been a part of, and/or your favorite artists that do Neil Young cover songs. As always, have fun doing so and don't forget to smile! ;)

This weekend is all about choosing your particular favorites from any genre or musical era. It could also be about choice itself, about making choices.

Have your passport and cameras ready, we're taking a trip! This weekend's theme is about the world, all the different cities and countries, the unique places and people that are our fellow passengers as we ride this Planet round and round (including states and cities in the U.S. of course).

This weekend's music thread is about being happy, joy and laughter, and good times.
