An Impeachment Inquiry Committee will provide a body charged with coordinating efforts to seek documentation, to question witnesses, to do independent investigation and do their best to keep putting it in front of people as part of the drive to the 2020 campaign. I have to relate a little story to you all. I have a British friend who, when the TLB was running for prez, was all for him, because she believed he would “straighten out” the immigration “problem.” I tried telling her he was a liar, con man, etc., but she thought that he would stop “illegals” from coming in. Last week,she and her husband became American citizens. I called her to congratulate her, and she told me, “I’m so glad to become an American citizen so that I can VOTE this arsehole out of office! Murph–as far as the impeachment process goes, I read an article where Micheal Moore said something to the effect that Dems should keep the “inquiry” process of impeachment going during the next 15 months or so, and wait for the election to actually charge the TLB with impeachment, because hopefully, Dems will re-take the Senate, too.
