In an ironic mistake by someone who has also been personally described “an ironic mistake”, Donald Trump used the wrong word in a tweet intended to express that he was all-knowing. He then corrected it shortly afterward and deleted the original tweet which was fortunately saved before it was removed. Here is the original tweet and the corrected one:
White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders responded to press questions on the mistake by explaining, “Some of you want to say that Mr. Trump has gone soft but nothing could be farther from the truth. This was not a mistake, it was just a vocabulary dysfunction that was addressed as easily as swallowing a little blue pill,” Sanders noted as her face slid even lower on her skull.
Huckabee Sanders stated that Trump is expected to tweet soon about his infalibility also as soon as grammar and misspellings can be corrected.
This stupid little tweet might’ve gone unnoticed had it not been for the Freudian slip that made it go viral. Day by day Trump sounds ever more like the banana republic dictators he worships.
Sounds like a confession to me.
Bingo!
Omnipotent & infallible but with a ridiculous combover & a tendency to mix up your words to the point where you say the opposite of what you mean in the public forum.
No irony there.
If your definition of “infallible” is the exact opposite of what it means (along with definitions of “sane”, “mature”, “decent”, “non-racist”), you sure could use those words to describe Trump.
