      • SueInCa says:

LOL Kalima. We heard that song today and I told the hubby when I hear it I always want to go back to those days. I was carefree hanging out in Susanna Street Park, smoking doobies and baby sitting on Monday nights for a couple who went to see the AliBaba or some guru at UC Berkeley. They always had dope out on the coffee table for anyone to partake. Funny I never got hooked on any of it. I am still friends with most of the people who I hung out with way back then. I was 14 and now I am 58 so 44 years ago. Whew I am not that old lol

    Santana

    • The amount of raw energy in that performance was just amazing. Carlos said, many years after, that he was tripping his face off on mescaline during that whole performance. He said the fret board on his guitar kept undulating while he tried to play. I’d say he succeeded! Awesome!

  27. ADONAI says:
