Though I am not as convinced as you seem to be that we can do all that much about the social situations many of them are born into. In many cases, you have to work past the gov’ts of the countries these unfortunates belong to, and that is difficult. Even getting aid, monetary or otherwise, to the people in some of these countries, is difficult; sometimes they never even see it.
