Sorry, Murph, that it is that way there. My dad drove his tractor to the Capitol protesting Reagan. I think your neighbors need to take another look at history to see who attacked the farmers. But, us “Show Me State” folks can be hard headed. (That includes me.) You keep up the fight and if I get back home I will join you!

Cher, I heard them talking on TV the other night about Hillary being the VP canidate and it was said she would be the most qualified VP since Adams. Also, in looking at 2016 she would have a better chance at getting the WH and getting it kept in Dems hands for 16 years. And, they think it will take that to get the country completely turned around. Something to think about.

Murph, you must be in eastern Missouri. My dad was a farmer on the westside of the state and you could never say Republican in his presences or anyone else at the country diner. Of course, corporate farming has changed a lot of things.

VP Gore just said that he thought Gingrich was just making sure he got his speech in while it was still primetime. VP Gore probably got it right but he always was a smart man and he certainly knows Gingrich.

True. Those two tided but still behind Romney, Paul, and Huntsman but ahead of Perry! You would have thought Gingrich could have waited. I think he just wanted to make sure he got in before Perry. Who wants to follow Perry….?

Adonai, you have gotten me going a couple of times but not to where I don’t like seeing you on here. Hell, I still invite my crazy uncle to Thanksgiving. I would you, too. Sometimes coming from a different direction gets a little tough but we all need someone to buck the tide so we are kept on our toes.

There were jobs lost at local dealerships as many had to close. But, with the industry coming back (in fact, GM is the biggest car company again in the world as was just announced) many dealerships that remain will be hiring.
