That reminds me of latrine duty in Vietnam. We used to burn the stuff by putting diesel fuel in the barrel and to keep it burning because the urin didn’t like to burn we would throw in artillery fuses and mortar fuses which burn fast and hot!

AB,I worked as a janitor for a couple years and believe me it is not easy or fun. It is NOT kids work. Newt is wrong on that as well as everything else.

The GOPers are saying that taxing the interest is ” a second bite of the apple”. I say it is not especially in the case of the likes of Mitt. He was born with the “silver spoon” in his mouth. He very likely has never done a days work in his life.

I’d like to see him and others of his ilk do a weeks work like most of us have to and earn a paycheck. LOL

Sally, why do people donate $ to these people when they have so much anyway? Also , do you know what happens to the money in their “war chests”? They can use it for anything they want. Even keep it.

Adlib, Is it legal to put money in offshore accounts and not pay taxes on the resulting income? I guess I don’t understand this stuff too well.
If I tried to put some of my fortune (small)offshore I’d be sent to jail for tax evasion.

How is it right for people to work for $10-25 per hour and pay more than those who do nothing but put money (they probably inherited) into stocks ?
I never understood that. The lower your income the lower your tax rate should be. IMO

Sally and Sue and Bito, I live and was born here in Vermont. Bernie Sanders has had my vote every time he runs. I know him well and have knowledge that he is real. He cares about you and me ! Bernie is correct on almost 100% of his issues. It is my opinion that Bernie is the best Senator America has.
