I had the amazing fortune to catch this young man in 2000 at the Bluebird in Nashville; he’s probably the most gifted singer/songwriter you’ve never heard of. Hope this changes that. Mike Younger

However, the Pup had fallen asleep (takes after his mom and fiesta/siesta mentality) on the bus, awakened to find he is in the middle of “nowhere”, and trying to get back. HA – that will teach him! (but will it teach me) The house preview was today and listed $50K higher than we had thought. The hard work paid off, I guess. Won’t SELL for that, but has listed much higher than we had hoped. A few more months, and I can get back to pov-ing each day. Sorry AdLib, but some days there are just no hours to lose! But soon, God willing. BUT – “used food”. ONLY IN TEXAS can you “gain” experience in this matter, I guess. I once worked at Texas A&M (whoop!) as a research assistant in the Anthropology Dept., studying human coprolites. Look it up, if’n you don’t know what that is. ** SPOILER ALERT ** Coprolites are fossilized feces. The Karankawa Indians, on the south shore of Texas, were nasty, nasty. They were cannibals and smeared themselves with rancid fish guts to ward off the 747 sized mosquitos that still infect the coast. Oh yeah – and they would pick through their own poop to find extra “food”. It was called the “secondary harvest”, as grains were hard to find on the beach. We named our team of research kiddos “FART” and “SHIT” and even had tee shirts with those name on them (small letters, so as not to offend those delicate Agro-American sensibilities.) FART = Fecal Analysis Research Team SHIT = Secondary Harvest Investigation Team And that, dear ones, is the lesson for today. Used food.
