Displaying 961 To 990 Of 2,240 Comments Cher: There’s work at the Barbie doll factory I hear. GI Kim or Ken Jong Il. Something like that….of course, size would be close. Gotta say,,there’s a teeny tinyy part of me that will miss him. I have been known to get the full-on bitch look at the Blov and say “I”m gonna go Kim Jong Il on your ass if you don’t…….” Nothing more need be said to stop bad behavior when needed. So now do I have to threaten to go all Newtie on him????????? God, talk about ugly. » Posted By AlphaBitch On December 18, 2011 @ 8:20 pm Tepid only, kes. » Posted By AlphaBitch On December 13, 2011 @ 2:57 pm Ecat: The Pup calls me “mom”. The Blov alternates as needed with “Lotus Blossom” and “She-zilla”. » Posted By AlphaBitch On December 13, 2011 @ 6:19 am Sigh. As always, Bito, you are right. I’m due to call my Palestinian “sister” (the artist)and have her over for Christmas dinner. She comes every year. Perhaps she too is just an invention??? Like my imaginary friend, Ann, when I was five???? » Posted By AlphaBitch On December 12, 2011 @ 8:01 pm Hi Sue – Yep, the Blov is none other than malaprops man, my dear husband, who once chided Morning Joke for being such a “bloviCATOR”. The “C” was a nice touch. He once told me he was going to die of “karaoke”, when he meant “karoshi”. He once meant to use the word “exsanguinated”, referring to loss of all blood (in reference to mosquitos) and came up with the word “exsqueeshiated” (sp, since it does not exist) in front of a group of supervisors at his work. That’s why he’s The Blov. The Pup is a natural nom de plume for Alpha Bitch’s dear one. He is a 21 year old young man from Afghanistan; he was my first Afghan exchange student that I represented on the YES-Afghanistan program, and is back now, going to college, and living with us. He is my son in every sense but biological. Blov and I love him dearly. So that’s the family tree. We are busy, busy – closing on a new, bigger home on Monday and doing much of the reno work ourselves. I’m lining up contractors and buying stuff, so I’m not here a lot these days. I’m a bossy Alpha Bitch (surprised?) and have warned the boys to watch out for next week when “The General” appears. I have a sneaking suspicion I will be killed by my own troops. But I get stuff done. See you guys when we emerge, or when I get half an hour to pop in. Keep on keepin’ on. Youse good peoples. – AB » Posted By AlphaBitch On December 12, 2011 @ 7:59 pm And the Blov has a photo of an 8+months pregnant Palestinian woman (yes, they exist), held up at a checkpoint while trying to get home. Her husband is begging the young Russian guard, and her small son is watching the scene unfold. They were sent to another checkpoint about a mile away, and would now have to walk about 4 miles to get home. The Blov and his group had followed them, and tried to intercede. No luck. Not a story, folks. I’ll send the photo to admin here and they can post if they want. – AB » Posted By AlphaBitch On December 12, 2011 @ 6:15 pm oooohhhh…I thought it was them listening to Newt claiming he has been redeemed and will be President. My bad! » Posted By AlphaBitch On December 11, 2011 @ 2:54 pm Here’s another TexASS man – Robert Tilton, the Fartin’ Preacher. Seems we be full of sh*t down here……….
» Posted By AlphaBitch On December 10, 2011 @ 11:33 am I used to wear this dress in the 60s. When I would go-go and do the frug, it would move like this. I held the world in my power then. I cede to you now, KQuark. PS Love the Chart of Dangerous Elements – looks great framed!!! » Posted By AlphaBitch On December 10, 2011 @ 10:58 am They have integrity vaccines now????? » Posted By AlphaBitch On December 6, 2011 @ 1:39 pm Hi ya Bits! I once got hit on the back because I told a Repub crowd that the only trickle down they’d ever see is what ran down George Bush’s leg. Knocked me to my knees, and worth every frickin’ second. They are so easy to piss off!!! » Posted By AlphaBitch On December 6, 2011 @ 1:37 pm And following up with my “new” life philosophy: You can’t negotiate with crazy. » Posted By AlphaBitch On December 4, 2011 @ 9:24 am Whoa ho ho, Cher! I think I’ve just found the purr-fect Halloween 2012 costume. Now if I can just keep enough helium balloons on hand to make the “little girl” effect voice… NICE BOW, Victoria. Totally distracts from your 200 lb. weight gain. Oops – sorry – this isn’t the other site. Forgive my snarkiness. » Posted By AlphaBitch On December 2, 2011 @ 1:43 pm And it SURELY is no surprise that an elephant is seen in the background as the clown car arrives, right??? » Posted By AlphaBitch On December 2, 2011 @ 1:39 pm Done, and thank you as always for watching out for the Planet. » Posted By AlphaBitch On December 1, 2011 @ 7:02 pm Weekend Music Thread – Hail and Farewell And from the great Buck Owens (who wrote the song) and the even greater Ray Charles (who made it so famous): Crying Time

» Posted By AlphaBitch On November 26, 2011 @ 7:09 pm I love to be mice elf!!!!!!! » Posted By AlphaBitch On November 26, 2011 @ 4:26 pm A Thanksgiving Tradition – 2011 KT: Your daughter sounds like a truly remarkable human, and I thank YOU for the lovely comments made about your ex. I was married before the Blov; I refer to the “ex” as “my practice husband”. Just because I didn’t want to be married to him did not mean he was not a great person; we just weren’t a great match. Your ex sounds remarkable as well. I once had a friend whose husband left her with a 4 year old while she was 7 months pregnant because he needed “to find himself”. He found himself with a much younger girl, it seems. My mom so admired my friend, because despite how John (his real name) treated HER, SHE never spoke ill of him in front of her boys (yes, the second child was also a boy). When John would pull a stunt – and oh, man, I saw a few – Peggy (her real name, too) would simply ask her boys if they wanted to visit a friend down the street, go out to play, or if they wanted to go with me to get ice cream. While the boys were out of earshot, John would get his verbal due. Peggy went on to marry a fine man, who loved her boys as his own. John ended up breaking up with cupcake. C’est le vie. » Posted By AlphaBitch On November 25, 2011 @ 1:58 pm Hey e-cat! I had pie for your birthday – YUM! Your nephew is a great, grand nephew indeed! Welcome to the world (and Planet), little one. So much to see, so much to do. Have a great day, birthday girl. Now, for MORE pie…. » Posted By AlphaBitch On November 24, 2011 @ 7:18 pm Happy Thanksgiving Planetarians! I am thankful this year for so many blessings, it’s hard to know where to start. For our jobs. For a chance to buy a new home. For the Blov, who actually made his own breakfast today. For the Pup, who makes his own breakfast most days! For Barack Hussein Obama, my dear President (not to get too Kim Jong Il, who is my boyfriend just cuz he’s so crazy funny). For Kalima, AdLib, KQuark and Bito – I hope each of you know exactly what you mean to me. For others – kes and Khirad and Patsy/Oatsy and e-Cat and FunkSands and Cher and Boomer (I miss you), and EVERYONE who has made this site such an exceptional (AND low-calorie) treat. For friends who are able to overcome what to me are almost insurmountable odds, be they war, illness or divorce, and who still live with laughter and love and grace. For a chance to go now and drive to the country to my “illegitimate” mom’s house in the beautiful TX hill country, to spend time with 40 or so pseudo relatives that I love. And for a chance to come home later and check in here. Happy Thanksgiving, but PLEASE don’t tell me about To-furkey. It’s just not right……..xo AB PS AdLib – you KNOW light blue broadens my already ample ARSE. And with the pies today….oh dear me! Would it have killed you to order us dark pants????? » Posted By AlphaBitch On November 24, 2011 @ 7:33 am Weekend Music Thread – Your Personal Soundtrack KT – night. I’m fading fast, too as I am NOT forever young (at least in body). Goodnight, dear friend. » Posted By AlphaBitch On November 19, 2011 @ 10:37 pm Sally – I had an uncle who raised pigs, and I adopted one little black and white runt. I named him Michael, and slept with him every night the summer I was 9, on a cot in the kitchen. Ah, memories! But I do eat bacon, and I do love a good set of ribs. Call me an infidel. » Posted By AlphaBitch On November 19, 2011 @ 10:17 pmComments Posted By AlphaBitch
