I read an interesting theory about the gas glut…it is all the result of the Saudis and their allies wanting to undercut Russia/Putin for its support for Assad/Syria which is blocking the connection natural gas pipelines from them through Syria to Turkey to Europe- which of course would be a disaster for Russia…double bind.

Harleigh–Yup. But one granddaughter was missing yesterday, so we had to celebrate with her again this afternoon after she flew in. Then one neighborhood child had been “missing” –at her mother’s (non-custodial parent) house, so we had to celebrate with her and the other neighborhood kids tonight. It’s confusing, I know, but I just kept unwrapping presents and eating, and it was all good!

However, in Roberts’ case, he doesn’t have to be re-elected, so maybe he actually will think about his legacy. After all, he fooled everyone the first time with his Obamacare ruling.

Ad…I think Breyer and Kennedy will vote with ACA because they accept the Solicitor General’s arguments. Roberts will go with them because he does not want to be associated with the minority view having been the vote that first saved ACA in the court.
