Weekend Music Thread – Same Old Song and Dance

The more things change, the less Republicans do.

Once again, an awful human being who likely committed sexual assault is being promoted to sit on the highest court in the land and the only tactic they choose is to try and bury his victim and her story. It’s the same old story for the amoral, misogynist GOP but it seems that the moral of the story will be different this time.

So in support of the brave Dr. Ford who is personally risking so much to warn the nation that a sexual abuser will be given power over the lives of all American women, this weekend’s music thread is for songs that tell a story to the world.

Whether stories about people or moments in history, all musical storytellers are welcome and treated with respect here.
