Watch live:
President Obama is scheduled to speak today at approximately 1:00 pm at a Democratic rally from the front steps of the Doheny Memorial Library, the site of previous speeches delivered by sitting President Gerald R. Ford and by aspiring presidential candidates John F. Kennedy and Richard M. Nixon.
Others expected to speak before Obama include Sen. Barbara Boxer, Jamie Foxx and Ozomatli.
Did I miss it?
Yes, he spoke about 2 hours ago to over 30,000! Jerry Brown and Barbara Boxer also spoke beforehand. An excellent and enthusiastic rally!
Always too late, pity. Maybe I can catch it somewhere else. Thanks.
I’m happy to hear it went well. I’m elevated by the new enthusiasm. It’s good for this old soul. 🙂
Thanks for the link Adlib. I watched it on my desktop during lunch. The main partner in my firm heard it and I thought I was in trouble. Until he asked me for the link and started watching it on his desktop. Then we had it in stereo.
Heh! Very cool!
I enjoyed it and really think that Obama’s campaigning is helping to re-inspire Dems to remember where we were before he was elected, with the Repub agenda oppressing us.
I really do think the results this election may surprise many of these doom and gloom talking heads on the MSM, Dems will lose seats but maybe not as much.
