We Need to Stop Playing Trump’s Game
It is long past time to stop playing Trump’s game of racism, hate, misogyny, and abject greed. If Trump is elected, he will end democracy as we know it. Harris will preserve it and work to make it better and far more inclusive so we can have it, as Lincoln said, a more perfect union. It will only happen if you vote.
Thinking about it again, I’ll go with my first assumption of autoerotic asphyxia, although he should have been aware of the danger his age might pose in slowing his reactions.
Yep, I think that’s very likely the case. Especially considering where he was, sexual acts that would put someone in that situation seem more frequent there than suicides.
Makes me think of what happened to Bob Crane. Have you seen Autofocus? It has its flaws and isn’t strictly factual but is a bit fascinating to watch the descent of the ideal cleancut guy due to an obsession with sex.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for sex but taking it to the point where it could kill you is probably the act of someone who doesn’t know if they’re coming or going.
😉
Rather traumatic for his wife and kids who are left behind, I doubt that the truth will ever be known but then again I think it shouldn’t be made public at all, there is already enough speculation to fill the Titanic and quite honestly I can’t understand this practice at all.
Poor David, what an awful way to die.
There was a young guy over here, a singer from a popular group, who was found in much the same way with a rope around his neck, the other end tied to a door handle and stark naked.
Never mind about the coming, they all seem to be going.
I actually saw him in person a long time ago in the 80’s, when he was with Barbara Hershey.
They were both shopping in a very small market in Hollywood known for celebrities, the Hughes on Highland and Franklin (it’s not there anymore).
I came out shortly after them, they got into an old pickup truck and drove off.
It really struck me, both were still pretty near their prime, had lots of money and fame but true to their well known “hippy” sensibilities, they lived modestly and I saw it with my own eyes.
I always thought he was cool on Kung Fu as the character, after this rather trivial experience, I felt that way moreso about him and her.
One of my favourites too, didn’t even miss one
episode.
He was great in it.
This is real sad. I read a little more about his life and I guess he contemplated suicide often.
Sad, very sad.
My wife wrote that post. It is pretty tragic, I was a big fan of his when I was a kid, loved “Kung Fu”.
