Fell asleep watching TV last night, and when I got round to flicking it back on today, “Captains Courageous” was on, which I had never seen before. Usually when you think of child stars from that time, Shirley Temple comes to mind, but I really enjoyed the performance of Freddy Bartholomew. He was cute, I liked his slight accent, and he seemed to have very good natural acting abilities. I’ll try to come up with something more interesting to share next time.

I guess you don’t need to say this is a bit OT but…if anyone doesn’t have it, the Stumbleupon ad on for Firefox is just about the coolest computer toy you can get, really great for when you’re bored.

Saw a few people talk about this site over at HP, seems pretty cool here, a little slow to load but that’s a minor thing. From what I’ve seen and read so far, no mods, no trolls, and both this section and a Friday music thing, looks like old HP people set this up.
