Many things disturb me about this. The guy is being charged with murder, but I’m willing to bet that his defence will be that he was in fear of his life. There are a couple of things wrong with that, though. Firstly, his car was in his driveway and he was indoors at the time. Secondly, he shot at them while they were fleeing in their car. So he’s probably toast for losing his temper. On the other hand, how come teenagers were out vandalizing cars at 1.00 am? Now I note that tributes are being posted to the dead teenager. Tributes?!! I also wonder how that august body, the NRA will respond. the whole incident turns me off visiting Little Rock anytime.
