I’ve always been partial to Oysters Rockefeller myself, maybe you could include that?
You could serve them with Breitbart Dark, and Palin Lieme Pie. (although the liemes might be out of season now)

» Posted By jkkFL On April 20, 2011 @ 10:31 am

If you plan to do any scapegoat fishing this year, better hurry!
FL Fish & Wildlife is thinking of closing the season early. πŸ˜‰

» Posted By jkkFL On April 20, 2011 @ 8:58 am

True Buddy, but they would only have the strongest and best of the poor to bring them their Buddyburgers and choicefries!
The rest of us would drag in staggering amounts of Cher-ries Adonai, and bitojuice.
Abbyrose, fox, chase and Khirad will do a little after dinner show with AB on play-by-play and cove on color.
*edit- damn- forgot AdLib as Master of Ceremonies, and awards presenter.
Kalima, wts and Rosie would join us on Skype.

A History of Martial Arts: Wushu/Kung Fu

It was like ultimate mind control.
I think you and I probably were the only one who saw it- I have Never found anyone else who has seen it!

ADONAI- Expanding our universe, again!
I’m a fan of Mark Dacascos; last year he did a documentary on Samurai- for either History or Discovery channel.
It was a glimpse into the cold, hard training of Samurai warriors.
I was stunned at the disconnect between the Samurai mind, and the victim. I didn’t know it was possible to be That disciplined.
I have no idea if it could be found, but here is a bio from Inside Kung-Fu magazine.

THE ALCHEMIST’S HAGGADAH

Cher- I know that it resonates deeply for you, because that is the faith of your childhood, and that which we learn as children shapes us, whether we admit it or not.
The peace of hope, and the renewal of self-worth is what I drew from this quote;

“May this Passover mark a season in which we not only leave behind our slavery but actively strive to forget it, shed its scars, erase memories of wounds real and imaginary,
let us tell no stories of personal griefs or tribal nightmares,
let us greet this day unencumbered by past burdens and future plans, remembering only:
This very day did Yah create, rejoice in it!”

In it I hear, “Start your Better Life, today”.

Peace and Safety on your journey..
What a beautiful Blessing.

» Posted By jkkFL On April 18, 2011 @ 10:43 pm

Cher, This is so beautiful, it’s almost lyrical.
There is so much to be learned from religious practices and history, and I am so grateful to Rabbi Omer-Mann, and you, for taking us into your world.
This one specific passage really made me think about my life:

“We must discover our own forms of slavery, and begin our own Exoduses, and only then assert and affirm our commonality and our fellowship and shared destiny with the rest of humankind.”

What an awesome obligation he presents.
I hope you will continue to share the history, and traditions of the Jewish Faith.

We saw them three times, and ‘Japan’ was so crowded, you couldn’t get near the ‘Temple’, (well, some of us came in another way!!)
Totally awesome!

Good thing his Mom wasn’t shopping off base at the time!!

John McCain III was born on August 29, 1936 at the Coco Solo Air Base on the Atlantic side of the Panama Canal Zone, which was United States territory at the time. His father, John S. “Jack” Mcain, Jr. was a Navy Admiral and stationed at Coco Solo at the time.
