Time Out for O/T – Vol. 15

Our boys went their on their own–a safe place to sleep. And the cat wouldn’t go there. Foodchain is because we had near every critter we could when the kids were growing up. Cats, dogs, frogs, turtles–foodchain. Love them all. lol

Just setting limits like a good parent to these immature, tantrum prone Congressional members would be a good start. About now though, tyrant sounds good, clean, fast.

Not much else has worked. Besides, it would be funny to see all those white people in jail. lol (sarcasm too)

Just finished this. The author grasps the frustration that they feel and that we feel with them really well. It answers the question of how the GOP pits middle against middle, poor against poor, white against others, Christians against others while the rich hide in their gated communities. My elderly aunt, who worked with these guys in a printing co. said: “They want to be in a club. It makes them feel important.” That was in the late 50’s.

I feel the same way. I don’t have health issues but the “jousting” at HP felt like the “good war”-if such a thing exists-and it wore me out. Some very good people suggested this site and I, too, am in awe. And going slowly and taking it all in as the treasure it is.

Hi Chase! I am really glad to be here. My husband is a moon child and he’s out every 10 minutes (north Chicago suburbs) looking for that moon. This would not be our first search. We’ve been out many mornings watching for moon rises and evenings as well. What a guy!!
