The Enemy Within

Sorry but I am not understanding your meaning. Must be past my bedtime..Uh Oh …it is.

However…

I do not care to tweet etc so I do my thinking based on experience and what I know and gut feeling .

So are you saying that the left is like the Trojan Horse in these United States and desires to overthrow the country? by sneaking in to destroy it in a disguise? For some un named fascist??

Possibly….. those who claim to be oh so progressive who helped hand the house to the dip shits from the TP ……..

I lecture them briefly on every possible occation and call them on it. like they care.

Their actions disgust me and I agree that they are toxic in their feeding division with their crying if a supposed pet project is not THE PRIORITY….Right Now!!! Big crybabies …contributing to the downfall of freedom, empathy, education etc of our people. So perhaps THEY are the fifth column……Jerks.

I do know that they certainly have a nerve in their lack of support for our President against the biggest Obstructionist movment ever in our history.

The constant Blah blah blah gives me a headache. Nice article, Thank you.

Today while out I had a quick bite of breakfast at Mickey D’s. There, as every where else around here, you are subjected to the unending blah blah blah of Fux Gnu’s.

They were talking to Presidential loser and Baptist Minister Huckabee. He had some wonderfully winning advice for President Obama.

First admitting that he thinks politics is show biz and then telling the President that he had to make some brilliant and grabbing move to grasp the public mind and energy.

His suggestion was to fire Geitner ( because no one can say, spell, or remember his name ) and for the dramatic punch, replace him with Donald Trump.

As you can see this is no exact reproduction of the moment , but the absurdity that the people were eating up with breakfast was …….beyond belief.

The Absurdity of even listening to the Psudo Pundits is also beyond belief.

Arianna ……..why listen to her at all or most of the dolts of similar persuation who appear even worse in a more out-front way. I know why Americans do….and so does Huckabee…..Pitiful.

Buchanan…….an old man who is everything that I cannot stand…..he will never change his spots.

The Debt Ceiling Crisis Thread

Many who parade as liberal, fair, or progressive are simply media workers that can only go so far. They are employed by corporations. Plus, without waving the flags of the loons it might not’entertain’ the American public. They do not give any of us credit enough to know that we think, and we know, and we are not buying just because it was said.

Thank you again for stating things so well. It is always a pleasure to read truth well said and well thought out. Bravo !!

Weekend Music Thread – Got Change?

Buddy I loved the whole play. I swear , I went to see it over and over. It connected my heart and mind with what was going on and why…. It was a wake up call

I AM surprised…..you do so much so well. I liked this rendition of this song because it put in the social commentary part, the truth that Claude found and then the rousing, hopeful finale. So many in the day only knew Aquarius morphing into Let The Sunshine IN. Sweet but passing over the messages.

Thank you…….This video and song is a real downer…………but for gods sake…………or for humans sake when will everyone wake up !!!!

» Posted By coveark On July 9, 2011 @ 3:51 pm

That’s right………It appears that we cannot rest……..You would have thought that the spirit would have remained for us all, and all the people of now and the future.

Conan the Barbarian said something like we have plenty of time to rest in the grave…………well many are gone but those who survive must push on. Those who are awake have to push on……Change is neccessary …..we need to teach and share at any opportunity……not in a combative way or wearing labels but as people to people…..and that is VERY difficult….but really it is the only way that the ground troops, the common ones can really make change in a real way. One mind at a time.

Making sense….breaking the barrier that separates and speaking to the real self, not the BS.

Maybe I am full of baloney.

It is so sad that the change that we were so passionate about did not take.

I have no idea how to actually put a song up here but……James Blunt..No Bravery….. points out some very good reasons not to support war.

All The News That’s Fit to Pit

This thread ended so I will say here…………..HeHe>I hope I did not embarrass you……You wrote the Grandpa lines so well I assumed ( and yes I do know what that does) that you were experienced in that time period. I observed it but was more in the pre spoon daze……..LOL. really great writing…….there is a lot of it on this site. It is heartning……..P.S. My spellcheck is perpetually broken and that is not my strong suite (?) So, please over look that….

Who knows……..Wrong is wrong no matter what the political label of the persons who are.

I also repeatedly point this truth about the deal made at Xmas to the moaners………President Obama has led a ‘real’ life. What he did was the right thing. He is not going to sell us out.

One of the things that has given me faith in our President is that he faced adversity in his life. He had to work hard for his education and so did his mom. He lived in another country at one time and knows that there is fear and problems but on the ground and in the heart most people are simply that, other people.

He was raised by his single mother and loving grandparents and knows that white (or black) does not mean bad or good. He then worked and married into the African American life and learned the goodness there and the plight.

I am sure that as he grew he saw the downside of both parts of our cultureand the need for positive change !!!!.

He watched his mother fight, bargan, and plead for her insurance care when suffering from cancer.

The progressive single purpose radicals and the right wing connivers are both in the wrong. They do not think beyond the end of their noses…..Then they cut that off to spite their faces.

I know that the President will do the very best that he possibly can for the people of our nation…………….

The media should think of the people and the nation and present what is really important and without the spin, the sound bites, the BS that they give us on a 24 hour basis.

If we could smack them in their old moneybags perhaps they would wake up and serve…….

I do not blame you………..I honestly do not think we need to be reactionary about every word………..as Ad-Lib points out it ain’t neccessarily so. It pisses me off how people just gobble it up. I saw a headline on HP about it and just thought…I simply do not believe that.
Thus did not even bother to read it. I liked your subject line…I hope that I can remember it…..
