Of course reporting becomes moot if the courts continually return these kids to their biological parents. I do know, that for a period of time, the little guy and his siblings were in foster care. Jeeze…guess what happened? They flourished — sleep, clean clothes, decent meals, and feeling secure. All of their grades improved and these kids were happy — actually happy. Yet, and in spite of the positive results, all of them were returned to the parents. Guess what? Nothing in the home has changed, except all of the kids are more self-sufficient because they’re older. This little guy had an 11 year old bro responsible for 6/7 kids every freakin’ morning; as in wake up, dress, feed, put on the bus…the whole nine yards and then some. Why? Because the parents were too drugged up to function and passed out in the bed. My kid had anxiety attacks and the parents got the kids back.
