I was known as the oldest of the 4 little kids for a long time. HP and it’s moderation made me feel like a sneaky little kid. Now I feel like a big kid, and can post away. » Posted By Thefoxislaur On February 7, 2011 @ 3:53 pm I’ll be baaaaack! » Posted By Thefoxislaur On February 7, 2011 @ 3:39 pm Go for it PW, this site is tailor made for your consultant expertise. » Posted By Thefoxislaur On February 7, 2011 @ 3:22 pm Slow old lady here, I want to change my AV pic to the last one I had on HP. It’s a favorite picture of mine taken last Fall by Pocketwatch. I can’t find the FAQ section and I’m old like I said, this parrot one is ancient, it’s me mocking Sean Hannity from a Graviton sign-up at some point. » Posted By Thefoxislaur On February 7, 2011 @ 3:19 pm V V it’s me the former HP Fox, good to see you! » Posted By Thefoxislaur On February 7, 2011 @ 3:06 pm Thanks Chern, I knew something was up yesterday, mild inane posts of mine didn’t make it. I’m going to let folks on the FB HP patio know that the exodus is here as well, if that’s alright. Question, when trolls are really bad and become stalkers on here how is that handled? I’m all for free speech, but someone like beej can be a problem, I know that from first hand experience. » Posted By Thefoxislaur On February 7, 2011 @ 1:57 pm I sent a POV link to HP Pocketwatch, he is looking for new sites as well. We should see him here soon, I hope. He’s a great intelligent poster. » Posted By Thefoxislaur On February 7, 2011 @ 1:46 pm I’m done with HP. Tried to log on this morning only to find I’ve been banned. I’ve dealt with too much of that stuff lately. I’m opinionated but I’m no beej. Good to see HP comrades on here, I was foxy in several reincarnations. » Posted By Thefoxislaur On February 7, 2011 @ 1:40 pm Mubarak: Half sunk, a shattered visage lies I am watching beck now, I’m doing so because I wanted to see how this was going down on his show. He’s doing it live, I have no idea what he is ranting about. There are 4-5 chalkboards full of gibberish. He tied President Obama’s speech in MI today to the caliphate and told Jesus to come take him now.He proclaims it’s the start of WW3, I truly have no clue what he is saying. I post this because I think I’m watching Network. I think I’m watching the men in the white coats waiting in the wings. He is losing it on air. IMO, this is no act. Heading back to see how this pans out. » Posted By Thefoxislaur On February 10, 2011 @ 2:21 pm Good morning Mr.W……how did it go? Steve is sending me a CD, I wish I could have streamed it live. Confession, I’m back on HP. WI made me do it. I was at the library over the weekend and I decided to create an account from there. So far I’m allowed to play. It’s therapeutic to slam the trolls lies. I’m there to support my sisters. walker is on a kamikaze mission, I look forward t the crash. I have a cool AV I’m kochsarecrooks and a picture of Lily Thomlin as Ernestine the phone operator. Many folks love it and what it symbolizes:))) » Posted By Thefoxislaur On March 1, 2011 @ 8:08 am Good morning all…Back at the POV for a minute. I’ve followed WI closely. I didn’t make it to the Chicago rally, I missed the train due to a being stuck in traffic. There was a car accident ahead of me. Channel surfing earlier and hear is what the corporate owned media has to say about the nationwide rallies and revolution that has started…fingers in the ears..lalalalalalalalalala. Pay no attention to the 100,000 in Madison on Saturday, nothing going on but a big pajama party. Seriously, on morning joe, jon meachem said the protests were a big temper tantrum and a pajama party at the Capitol.! I then turned to RT-America TV for the first time in the early am. They were discussing Libya, unrest in the Mid-East, and oil. I admit, my knowledge of Mid-East history is lacking. I learned more in that hour than I have in a long time. The four men on the panel opinionated but knew their stuff. I knew we propped up dictators for oil, I learned how much we could pay for that. These were Americans on this panel, and they really called out our corporate owned media for covering up America’s complicity in the uprisings. They slammed the Fed as well. This is now my morning program, I wonder how long Comcast will carry it. RT TV has to piss off the powers that be in this country. » Posted By Thefoxislaur On February 28, 2011 @ 7:27 am Good morning to both of you. As I told PW Abby, I’m enjoying the back and forth between you two and BDM on PW’s articles. I am learning so much from the three of you. Intelligent back and for exchanges, such a cool thing to observe. » Posted By Thefoxislaur On February 11, 2011 @ 6:43 am Good morning all! Cool day yesterday, I got on the Stephanie Miller Show to make my snarky remarks about fox and fools not mentioning Rep. Craigslist Lee being forced to resign in the first 10-15 minutes I could stand watching. I told Steph I was forced to put a screwdriver in my eye socket while watching. She and the Mooks liked my little humorous addition to the show and I was given a certificate for some free flowers. HP’s NW Rick heard me on air. Laurie from Chicago and my somewhat northern WI Fargo-E accent gave me away. I posted on the fox story hear yesterday, I tuned into beck yesterday after the Mubarek speech to see see how he would react. IMO, yesterday beck is in the throes of his Network meltdown. Really enjoying this site, kudos to those who work so hard to run this. » Posted By Thefoxislaur On February 11, 2011 @ 6:17 am I don’t know if this was already posted and discussed, I’ve been out of the loop the last few days, this has me laughing, the comments on some websites, ie. fox snooze are hysterical….. I got an email from Steve, and saw him on FB. Steve knows folks who lost items and he said the death count is expected to rise. Steve was in Joplin on Saturday, it’s about 40 miles east of him. Parsons saw nothing yesterday but is under a severe weather watch today. Joplin is under the same watch as well, my heart aches for those poor people, such devastation. » Posted By Thefoxislaur On May 23, 2011 @ 10:18 am This is a twofer…I dedicate this to newt and the Chicago Bulls tonight as they sail on to victory over the Miami Heat… Those Bulls championship years were fun! » Posted By Thefoxislaur On May 18, 2011 @ 5:14 pm Now this is funny!:))))) I saw this on HP and the trolls aren’t happy. WASHINGTON – You’ve seen President Barack Obama’s birth certificate. Now you can wear it. The Obama campaign is selling T-shirts on its website that show Obama’s face on the front along with the words “Made in the USA.” On the back is an image of the president’s long-form birth certificate from Hawaii — the one the White House finally produced in April in an attempt to squelch the “birthers” who claim Obama is not a natural-born U.S. citizen, and therefore ineligible to be president. Starting price for the T-shirts — described on the website as “limited edition” — is $25. An email blasted to supporters on Wednesday highlights newly-rolled out “Obama birth certificate” mugs in calling for cash. https://donate.barackobama.com/page/contribute/o2012-made-in-the-usa-shirt?source=20110518_js_nd » Posted By Thefoxislaur On May 18, 2011 @ 2:47 pm Remember the Family Guy episode with Bill Maher and AH. Brian the dog’s rejected books were sent back by the box load using shredded pages of the book as filler. I see some great comedic material out of this Corsi caper. » Posted By Thefoxislaur On May 18, 2011 @ 1:43 pm I hope Jay Carney calls him out on this and embarrasses him like no tomorrow. You seem quite comfortable back in your old stomping grounds. Check your EM, I’m glad you are settled in. » Posted By Thefoxislaur On May 9, 2011 @ 3:43 pm KQ…About a year ago daughter # 3, the tall brunette with Vivian Leigh green eyes was at a NYC deli about 1:00 am getting a bite after a night out. Zack Galifinakis was there and hit up on her. She sat with him for an hour and said he was hilarious, she enjoyed herself immensely. He asked for her business card, she gave it to him because she is in PR, but is in a serious relationship. Not sure if she ever heard back from him. Zack liked the fact that she looked so real, not a lot of make-up and she isn’t all skin and bone. NYC daughter #2 had a similar encounter with Jimmy Fallon about 5 years ago with girlfriends. Jimmy went back to their apartment with them to party a bit more and spent the night on their couch. My daughter made breakfast for the group the next morning. Jimmy loved her cooking:))) » Posted By Thefoxislaur On May 5, 2011 @ 8:19 am Priorities USA, Outside Fundraising Group, Launched By Democrats NEW YORK — Democratic strategists close to President Barack Obama have launched an outside fundraising group to support his re-election, financed in part by the kind of large, undisclosed contributions the president has criticized. Former White House aides Bill Burton and Sean Sweeney said Friday that the group, called Priorities USA, will battle the “extremist, right-wing” efforts of Republican-leaning independent groups who spent millions to defeat Democrats in the 2010 midterm elections. The group’s goal is to raise $100 million for what is certain to be the most expensive election in history. I’m not thrilled about this, but IMO, as long as the corrupt Citizens United ruling stands, the Democrats have to fight fire with fire. I admit, I do enjoy the whining from the folks at Crossroads and their collective angst. » Posted By Thefoxislaur On April 29, 2011 @ 12:42 pm At his press conference on Wednesday, President Obama scolded the media for focusing on his birth certificate instead of more important issues. He started the conference by calling out NBC’s Chuck Todd directly. “I can’t get the networks to break in on all kinds of other discussions,” he said. “I was just back there listening to Chuck—he was saying, it’s amazing that he’s not going to be talking about national security. I would not have the networks breaking in if I was talking about that, Chuck, and you know it. GOOD, it’s way past time, chuckles todd is a disgrace as well as 95% of the media. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/04/27/obama-scolds-media-birthers_n_854292.html#comments » Posted By Thefoxislaur On April 27, 2011 @ 7:47 am I love it, President Obama called trump a carnival barker and really slammed the press for their birther obsession.
