They are the worst I have ever dealt with in selling a home. They pre-qualified our buyers and gave us a close date of 10/09/11. Our buyers even got upset with them. Everything was piecemeal. They kept asking for more and more documents after the initial requested docs were given. They make decisions by committee, no one had any authority. We finally closed on 10/27. And they barely made that date. We did not know a closing date until the day before and we had to rush up to sign the rest of our docs. They have the right idea but execution sucks. If only for the reason he cannot run again, the second term will be much different. He has nothing to lose by going full bore progressive. The worst that can happen is that Republicans will look stupid once again and the very people who are stopping growth. If Republicans think they can sit through another four years while people become poorer without outlets for relief, they are seriously deranged. They will find out because Occupy will have many more members.
