I just do not see how Congress can move forward with the group we have now and their base is so ignorant and hypocritical that they won’t vote for another party because they are just selfish. Sometimes I dream of sitting on a beach somewhere, my craft table before me and just making stuff till I run out of stash lol. That is what I do when I get really frustrated. BTW, nice getting the bill to me early lol. I actually ran in to two real Republicans on FB from a friend of mine in Vermont. It was so refreshing to talk to a real Republican with brains and integrity and the courage to admit what his party has become. » Posted By SueInCa On May 9, 2013 @ 9:53 am I guess I should have put {snark} after my comments » Posted By SueInCa On May 8, 2013 @ 1:44 pm You know I signed it. » Posted By SueInCa On May 8, 2013 @ 1:18 pm Quick question, does anyone know if you can become an ex-pat in your own country? I cannot move because I just bought a house but am thinking about checking out. I am so sick and tired of the morons who thrive in this country. Sanford One thing though, something seems to have happened to Corker from Tennessee, he is actually sounding like a moderate, long forgotten true Republican these days. » Posted By SueInCa On May 8, 2013 @ 1:17 pm Kalima According to a basketball player Sistah Sarah sure liked spending one night with him. Personally I think she has the hots for the President. No one could be that nosy about his goings on unless they had a secret crush on him. And she knows she would never measure up to his standards. » Posted By SueInCa On April 28, 2013 @ 7:41 pm Don’t believe that social climbing witch for one minute. She always wanted Jeb to run. I hope my home is worth a lot more by that time. I might sell it and get the hell outta dodge. Costa Rica or Dominican Republic sounds nice » Posted By SueInCa On April 27, 2013 @ 6:23 pm Oh too funny BFF. Where all lies go to be buried. Thanks for that Kes » Posted By SueInCa On April 27, 2013 @ 6:18 pm Said the biggest pig at the trough of government money. » Posted By SueInCa On April 27, 2013 @ 11:01 am Kalima Your comment reminds me of a kind of funny thing I experienced. I was with my sister on 14th street in Oakland. In case you do not know where that is, it is the inner city of Oakland CA. I saw women hanging out in alleyways and I remarked to my sister, “those women should be careful, hanging out in alleyways like that could put them in danger”. She asked me if I really knew what they were doing and I said no. She laughed at me and said, “that is where they pick up their johns, they are prostitutes”. So yes, you never know what is hiding out in between the buildings, especially when they are trying to appear invisible from vice cops. » Posted By SueInCa On April 27, 2013 @ 10:56 am The Ron Paul crazy train continues on the tracks, only now he has joined up with the very people he accused of writing those “racist” newsletters in his publication, under his own name. And this is the person who raised Rand Paul. » Posted By SueInCa On April 27, 2013 @ 10:49 am If WVa took care of their huge poverty problem, they would not be in this situation. How about attacking the problem at it’s core, high poverty rates. I swear I am wanting to expatriate more and more. I cannot believe the number of idiots that are in places of power. SMH » Posted By SueInCa On April 25, 2013 @ 7:28 pm What in the hell is wrong with these people? I wish there would be a sweeping rejection of every one of these losers. I am not even sure they are real people. Are we completely sure that they are not Pod people left here by an alien force that pulls out their own fingernails for sport? Anyone who can think of a child, no matter what his or her parents are like, and plan to take out the sins of the parents on the children,is just not right. And you know, BFF, that an f-bomb was in there somewhere and it took all my will power to not throw it. » Posted By SueInCa On April 25, 2013 @ 6:02 pm Actually BFF it should have been Lie-Berry because they are not trying to bury lies with that man. They are only trying to bury the truth about him. With the state of texas in control of school books, it is not far from a fact now. » Posted By SueInCa On April 25, 2013 @ 4:32 pm My husband was laughing at me this morning because I was making fun of the whole ceremony. And true to my words, the white washing started soon after. What in the heck is wrong with this country that people either cannot or will not see what is really going on? That is why I have pretty much stopped watching the news. I hate it because I have to hunt and search for the news online but it is preferable to listening to their bullpuckey. I am surprised the front of the building did not say Lie-Bury » Posted By SueInCa On April 25, 2013 @ 2:53 pm Uh oh perhaps what HSBC and the IRS refused to do will finally be done. This is some interesting stuff. One Canadian Senator and her husband have already been named: http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/story/2013/04/03/merchant-offshore-trust.html » Posted By SueInCa On April 5, 2013 @ 4:30 pm That was pretty good Funk, but it still does not tell me the names lol. But that is the point, I guess, they prefer to be unknown. It may give them a false sense of security but that is all it is. » Posted By SueInCa On March 27, 2013 @ 12:51 pm Adlib It just goes to show how some people think, even people you would never suspect…. » Posted By SueInCa On March 27, 2013 @ 12:47 pm BFF » Posted By SueInCa On March 27, 2013 @ 12:38 pm Another big one is Gramm-Leach-Bliley to be done away with….. » Posted By SueInCa On March 27, 2013 @ 12:36 pm Great point Funk. I wish we did have a list but Kes below has come up with a few names the problem is they have cohorts in other countries they are working with, maybe even the Central Bank or the World Bank. I would add Alan Greenspan and Ben Bernanke to the list. Not necessarily rich but the power to manipulate currency and rates. I sure would be willing to work with someone to try to come up with the answers. I will read the alternet piece – see what ideas come up. » Posted By SueInCa On March 26, 2013 @ 5:57 pm KT I watched the Zapruder film again with every frame in slow motion and the fatal shot did not come from behind, it came from the side, there is no way it came from the book depository in the rear of the limo. » Posted By SueInCa On March 20, 2013 @ 5:47 pm KT it was kind of hard to see on the film. I am going to look up the Zapruder film to see if it is any clearer. From the vantage point of the attached film, I cannot tell. I see the guy in the passenger seat moving and I saw Connelly and his wife ducking. From what I have read anyone who had a differing opinion from the official one, died under strange circumstances. The commissions undertaken by the government are never satisfying. » Posted By SueInCa On March 20, 2013 @ 5:08 pm Adlib The propaganda being put out by supporters of this plant is unreal. They even have a banner advertisement on FB. Next time I see it I am going to click on the link. » Posted By SueInCa On March 20, 2013 @ 10:44 am They want everyone who could possibly have been involved to be dead. They do have families who could be shamed……. » Posted By SueInCa On March 20, 2013 @ 10:43 am Sally if you can get a copy of Family of Secrets by Russ Baker. The first part of the book deals with that day in Dallas. The right wing in Dallas especially was off their nut even back then. Reading that book, made me think, even after JFK, that there was more than a bolt action rifle involved. » Posted By SueInCa On March 20, 2013 @ 10:39 am KT I never heard that either. I suppose the Zagruder film is on you tube, I am going to look again. Perhaps everyone around his was in on it since Connolly was sitting right across from the driver. » Posted By SueInCa On March 20, 2013 @ 10:35 am Watson, you put me to shame. Here I am supposed to be the investigator and I did not do a simple google search on the names in the film. You can be sure I will now, thanks for “shaming” me into it. You know I am being funny, right? » Posted By SueInCa On March 20, 2013 @ 10:33 am CL Rachel Maddow was there as well. At least she was for the beginning of the withdrawl. She did several segments on it. You can also be sure BBC and The Guardian covered it, as well as other European News Centers » Posted By SueInCa On March 19, 2013 @ 6:19 pm Oh yeah and I personally think those tapes will reveal that Oswald was not the murderer of JFK. Kennedy was going to stop the Vietnam war in it’s tracks. I just bought a book by Vincent Bugliosi who wrote The Prosecution of George Bush for Murder, called Four Days in November: The Assassination of President John F. Kennedy which I plan to start reading soon. I also read Family of Secrets by Russ Baker. Some very influential people have very dirty hands. » Posted By SueInCa On March 19, 2013 @ 6:16 pm Sally » Posted By SueInCa On March 19, 2013 @ 6:12 pmComments Posted By SueInCa

I had this discussion last night with a friend who I had assumed was pro gay marriage, she is not. I was really surprised because she is not religious in any sense but believes the God created man and woman to marry and pro-create. I shared Justin Kagan’s comments and she is still adamant that it should not happen. I also shared with her my experience with two of my friends who have been together for over 30 years and they both pro-created just not in the traditional way. I also pointed out that man and woman who pro-create in non-traditional ways are not following God’s law but this person could not be convinced, she had all kinds of excuses for her rather unusual belief(based on her overall left beliefs). I tell you I was shocked, as she has many gay friends same as many of us do. She even tried to convince me that many 62 year old women would want a new family……..SMH.
I doubt it will since he does not even speak from the bench. The man is devoid of any coherent thought is my guess.

Johnson had given the tapes in the WH to an aide and told him to keep them secret for 50 or 60 years. Not too long ago that person turned them over to the LBJ Library and they remain sealed.
