I have sent her emails and she has not answered, nor have I seen her here. I considered that something happened with her sister so I am going to wait til the end of this week, but yes I am going to cover dominionism with respect to the religious right. I really wanted to do the series with her so I hope she comes back. » Posted By SueInCa On February 2, 2010 @ 8:23 pm Cher, you are probably right not to lump the Christian right in with hate groups. I think their opinions are more based on their theology and their interpretation of the Bible. While they are going to demonize Gays, and Islam, they will leave the racial tone out of it. They demonize gays for going against their interpretation of the bible and Islam is a dangerous religion to them, therefore anyone who follows the religion is dangerous as well, Syria, Libya, Iraq(although mostly christian), Iran, Palistinians, Indonesians, Sri Lanka, Somalia the list goes on. One thing I cannot figure is their attraction to the Nazis after WWII and how the Family recruited these people to head their organizations in Europe. If they thought they could convert Muslims, they would do it in a flash. Their thing is more control or dominionism of the world and they hide behind their so-called religion to provide cover. I mean who would think a religious leader would have designs on the SCOTUS? But they do and last week we found out how powerful that contol can be. » Posted By SueInCa On February 2, 2010 @ 8:02 pm Yuck, I would not go to the stadium for that reason, I would be gagging just thinking about it in close proximity. My husband did all the caretaking when the kids got sick……… » Posted By SueInCa On February 1, 2010 @ 5:08 pm I don’t buy cornflakes but I do have a box of Wheaties with Kurt Gibson on the front when he hit the grand slam against the Oakland A’s, will that suffice? You cannot eat them, I have had the box for about 8 years LOL. I hate the Oakland A’s, mainly McGuire and La Russa LOL. » Posted By SueInCa On February 1, 2010 @ 5:06 pm You cannot leave me out……………. » Posted By SueInCa On February 1, 2010 @ 4:56 pm Sunday – GO NEW ORLEANS » Posted By SueInCa On February 1, 2010 @ 4:23 pm Don’t forget the international aspect. For instance this wave of the far right against Iran. I sometimes wonder after they fight Iran who they are going to persecute next? And they whine about religious persecution against themselves. Go figure. » Posted By SueInCa On January 31, 2010 @ 4:48 pm Cher » Posted By SueInCa On January 31, 2010 @ 4:44 pm WTS » Posted By SueInCa On January 28, 2010 @ 7:51 pm It was. He was sitting up in the car and he just slumped over and was gone. My friend, his cousin, was with him. She was trying to talk him in to going to the emergency room up there but he thought it was just a fluke. I have had problems from time to time, but only when I move too fast or stand up to fast. » Posted By SueInCa On January 28, 2010 @ 7:27 pm Does that also produce heart attacks? I had a friend with no history of heart problems and he went to Tahoe. Been there many times, but he complained about shortness of breath and a few minutes later he had a massive heart attack and died. He was only 42. » Posted By SueInCa On January 28, 2010 @ 6:59 pm Wow, we are pretty lucky in my Northern California area. In fact my husband and I were just heralding the warm weather soon to be upon us here. Spring will come early, prob late Feb and Fall stays until December. I am a capri lover and I can wear them from Feb through Dec. I hate long pants. So we basically get two cold months but our summers are really hot. We have long periods of above 100 degrees. We take it in stride and spend alot of time in the pool. I have never been much of a hiker. I like walks in the wilderness as long as it is pretty much flat ground. I have a bum hip so walking or climbing high trails just does not agree with me. Sounds like you are an avid hiker Pepe, good for you. I have always envied the ones who go out there and take the challenge. » Posted By SueInCa On January 28, 2010 @ 6:57 pm Rashomon 7: Barack Obama’s first State of the Union address Funny, my too. Then when I get there I get more pissed off LOL. Sooner or later I will get banned. » Posted By SueInCa On January 28, 2010 @ 2:35 pm BDM » Posted By SueInCa On January 28, 2010 @ 2:34 pm Greed and perceived slights are her motivators. She got pissed at Ahnold during the recall campaign and both were chastised for their personal attacks in the debate. Not much later she pulled from the race and with 2 weeks to go she all of a sudden was working against the recall? She is an opportunist at every level. » Posted By SueInCa On January 28, 2010 @ 2:21 pm Did anyone see the video of Breitbart and David Schuster going at it? It was hard to listen to because they were talking over each other but it sure got heated » Posted By SueInCa On January 28, 2010 @ 2:16 pm This is my point exactly on Hairyanna, she has not changed her stripes, she is a mole in my opinion. » Posted By SueInCa On January 28, 2010 @ 1:28 pm Damn Bito, you are good. They see boogy men around every corner that is what makes me laugh at them at the end of the day. Talk about persecution complexes, Dobson must have his hands full meeting with all the wingbats on that side. » Posted By SueInCa On January 28, 2010 @ 1:26 pm If you do hear RICO, the FBI is the group to prosecute it. Hmmm there may be much more to this story. I like a good crime mystery. Damn, now I am going to go hunting LOL. » Posted By SueInCa On January 28, 2010 @ 1:24 pm Yeah one of the kids who went in to Landrieu’s office had a cap on with Breitbart.com on it, not to smart in a Dem’s office LOL » Posted By SueInCa On January 28, 2010 @ 12:55 pm I noticed that too, I get tired just watching her, especially with this damn chest cold I caught from my grandson. When I told him he gave it to me, he asked why he still felt sick. We had to go over the meaning of the term, gave it to me LOL. I finally changed it to catch it from him. He understood that term. » Posted By SueInCa On January 28, 2010 @ 12:50 pm Last time, it was Eric Holder who stayed behind. Someone always stays behind. I would think Drudge should know that. » Posted By SueInCa On January 28, 2010 @ 12:48 pm Ok is Drudge Report we tod ded or what? Or is it typical right wing stupidity with regard to rules in this country?I thought the rightwing would at least get this right since they are so concerned about national secuirty. SOMEONE in the cabinet always stays behind at these functions in the event the building is attacked. Drudge should be aware of that. » Posted By SueInCa On January 28, 2010 @ 12:16 pm And she is a Rhodes Scholar » Posted By SueInCa On January 28, 2010 @ 6:44 pm That is an idea…………keep it handy. » Posted By SueInCa On January 28, 2010 @ 4:10 pm I know » Posted By SueInCa On January 28, 2010 @ 4:09 pm Hey I grew up not far from Castro Valley. Good going for what is a smaller town in the bay area. My neice went there. I am going to ask if she knew her. » Posted By SueInCa On January 28, 2010 @ 4:07 pm Oh no Badger Girl, I am not talking about the friendly back and forth, I too, enjoy that and there are alot of good people over there. There has been some cases of almost stalking going on though and yes there are the “lovers” talking back and forth. My comment on that is “get a room” LOL I also enjoy your comments, you are a lot nicer than I am…………….. » Posted By SueInCa On January 28, 2010 @ 3:02 pm So what are we going to do? I think there should be a day in which citizens call for a strike on business(big) and buy or watch absolutely nothing. Maybe a week and only deal with local vendors during that week? People are smart enough and resourceful enough to buy ahead and be prepared. Something like that would hit them particularly hard. If only the country would get together and really stand up. » Posted By SueInCa On January 28, 2010 @ 2:59 pmComments Posted By SueInCa
Wow, I never attend or socialize with them so am not familiar with it. I will do some research to see what I can come up with and my include it in my series, after Cher’s series is done. Want to soak this one in first. We go to UCC so you know we don’t see that crap there.
They also have a persecution complex and I think it stems from the fact that there are many countries who will not allow them to run roughshod converting the people so they claim persecution rather than admit maybe they should just get out. Persecution gains sympathy for them, at least they think it does. To me they bring it on themselves with their narrow minded thinking and their “bulldog” way of proselytizing.
I am glad you are covering this subject. I agree with you that it is a growing problem. People are trying to sweep it under the rug and they will until something dreadful happens. Personally I hope the FBI and SS is doing their jobs, but I am not so sure they are. I look forward to your series.
Great art and great song.
I wish I was more artistic that way.
I read them too. Seems Breitbart was the money behind this guy though. Too bad for Breitbart, naw I am not sad, he deserves anything he gets LOL
