Oh darn I don’t know how to get the smiley face. » Posted By SueInCa On February 3, 2010 @ 6:55 pm Thank you. The problem is after being here then going there, I started to leave little nasty comments here and there. I just realized it was a waste of my time and energy. I am glad you are here as well. You always bring some down to earth common sense in to the dialogue. » Posted By SueInCa On February 3, 2010 @ 6:52 pm Bito » Posted By SueInCa On February 3, 2010 @ 6:49 pm Essentially I am going to tell them to pay their own reporters LOL, if they have any real ones. » Posted By SueInCa On February 3, 2010 @ 6:25 pm I signed the petition last week and tried calling, but the line is always busy. I bet CBS took the phone off the hook. » Posted By SueInCa On February 3, 2010 @ 6:23 pm I got this email from PuffHo’s investigative section. I know I am going to answer it, not in the way they want. I was a member of their layman’s journalist group way back last year when they were trying to compete with Media Matters. Now I think anything I gave them they used without giving any credit. If they are paying an investigative group why would they need our input? Because Hairyanna will try to get anything for free……………. Greetings from the Huffington Post Eyes and Ears, Our friends at the Huffington Post Investigative Fund are looking into corrupt real estate schemes, such as house flipping, loan modification, foreclosure “rescue” etc. You can read about this more here: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/amanda-zamora/victim-of-a-real-estate-s_b_447640.html If you have any stories you would like to share or any tips to give us on this subject, please let us know. Thanks so much! » Posted By SueInCa On February 3, 2010 @ 6:19 pm Well I was one of the little people too so I am sure they will not miss me. » Posted By SueInCa On February 3, 2010 @ 6:15 pm Thank you. The first time someone fanned me over there I thought he or she was saying my comment was stupid – so he or she was “fanning” it. Then I learned what it meant. While it is ok to be fanned, I think there were alot of people who were not particularly nice or open minded that got big heads about it. I also noticed people could turn on others in a flash, even with someone like Hume who had over 1200 fans, so I am not sure fanning really means anything deep. It seemed to me the more trolls that went there, the more regulars started dissing Hume. I never was a particular fan of his, but I would never want to see him treated that way. You are well respected and a member of the family here. That probably means more to you than all the fans in the world. I know it does to me. There comes a time when the snarking back and forth just wears you down. » Posted By SueInCa On February 3, 2010 @ 6:13 pm A sincere Thank You Boomer. » Posted By SueInCa On February 3, 2010 @ 6:03 pm Thank you Hope. I remember looking for certain people’s comments over there and you were definitely one of them. After getting used to this site, Puffho just seemed downright juvenile and any comment I made was from a pissed off perspective because I was really reading the articles and opinions with a different perspective. Besides I like the opportunity to post myself here and PPov gave me that opportunity. I thank them every day. » Posted By SueInCa On February 3, 2010 @ 6:02 pm Well I finally did it. I closed my account with PuffHo today. I am a liberated woman. » Posted By SueInCa On February 3, 2010 @ 2:01 pm Javaz » Posted By SueInCa On February 3, 2010 @ 1:13 pm The christian right is trying to make gays their battlecry and they will do it to their detriment. Thom Hartman had one on this afternoon on FSTV and he actually called the guy a bigot. I laughed because that is exactly what they are. What would they think or do if everyone started attacking them on religious geounds saying their version of Christ is a fairytale and they should not be allowed in public because they are unstable? Becaue that is what they are……… » Posted By SueInCa On February 2, 2010 @ 7:01 pm #2 and #3, to say she is blind would give her a slight excuse. I watched it the other day and thought it a rather strange commercial. Then at the end, I figured out why. Listen to it and tell me what you think. The CEO of Interstate Batteries is involved somehow with the Family. I haven’t done alot of research but on the website that tells his life story, there are links to other family members. Does anyone else think it is too weird to put out a commercial like this from a national corporation? Because I do……………..

You are right. My mom used to tell me it was not good arguing with a person who used rhetoric and not facts to back up their claims. Turns out she was pretty smart.
And thank you for your support here, it does mean a great deal to me.

The first time I saw someone mentioning this site to someone on PuffHo, I thought it was some bar they were all meeting at because they realized they lived in the same area LOL.
Thanks for brightening up my day, I would subscribe to most of them, especially the hammer. I had a car that once in awhile would not start, battery connections bad. I found a few hits with a hammer solved the problem. I did it one time when my husband was around and he had a coronary. He asked me what I thought would happen if I broke the battery and got battery acid all over myself. I told him, I don’t know my aim is too good to find out. He just shook his head and walked away.
That is hilarious. She is a dumb ass LOL. I just made a nasty comment over there, in her heavily moderated blog of course, I bet it will not make it LOL
I hope you saw my apology.
