I know most of the religious right that go on regarding certain subjects but never really thought about the various other people who do so. This is what he said: Gen Barry McCaffrey on MSNBC talking up the Afghanistan situation and how it is vital to our security. Why? Because he is on the board of DynCorp who has a contract in, you guessed it, Afghanistan. Tom Ridge – On Nuclear Power and it’s absolute necessity? On the Board of Excelon – nuclear power contractors Bernard Whitman – On the absolute must of keeping AIG afloat? His company, Insight Strategies, had contracts with AIG. Mark Penn and Richard Gephart – Healthcare is fine just the way it is. Penn CEO of a Pharmaceutical Company and Gephart lobbies for the Healthcare Industry. But they never disclose those backgrounds. It is getting to where I cannot watch any of them without suspicion…..but I will check them all out as I see them. I am reading some books by John Dean right now, yes more than one at a time, but he has pointed out how the Republicans have taken this country down a road that most will never hold them to task for. It seems he has denounced the conservative cloak as well.
Is anyone aware that when the Republicans ran congress our reps were only required to appear at the capitol for meetings for 2 days a week? I guess it is much easier to tear a country down than to actually do something for it. Jesus what were people thinking and what are they thinking now to blindly just vote against an incumbent?
