Wow Javaz, you are a better person than I, I would have lost it and considering my husband is 2nd generation hispanic, he would probably have lost it as well and we are very easygoing people. Especially since he retired on a pension working 30 long years with PG&E. Yikes, I cannot imagine being in your shoes, but I truly feel for your situation. Of course my husband is the 1/2 of 1% of hispanics that worked all his life…….what ignorance. I know tons of hispanics and they work hard.

Hey I went to the Concord(or whtever it is called now) Pavillion’s website to buy tickets for a group of us to the annual Jazz Festival and they are not having it. I was surprised. Prior to moving from CA for a few years we went every year, now it is no longer. Maybe this article is the answer to my question……..

Did anyone see Rachel tonight? She highlighted in her third segment to people from the 7 Mountains, Cindy Jacobs and Johnny Enlow. It seems the AG from VA is a bit friendly with the two and will be appearing at a conf at Liberty U. It is in the 3rd segment

Kes, according to that article, I am one of the minority of Americans. I have suggested to my husband that we move many times. The only thing keeping us here are our kids, nothing else at this point. We could take our retirement money and live much better in Costa Rica.

That had crossed my mind yesterday when I heard, the idea that all in government were on the same plane is mind boggling to me but someone said the Russians suggested it? And there was word that the pilot was actually told not to land at that airport because their guidance equipment was not good in the fog? The whole thing is troubling for various reasons.

They pretty much have so your wish is going to be granted. It is funny in the 50’s and 60’s the south had a great deal of democrats serving in Congress and the east had alot of republicans. Now the roles are reversed.

These days I think republican/tbaggers/theocons probably put Sullivan in the minority. They scream smaller government yet when they are in power, we have the biggest government giveaways, mostly to the rich and powerful. Sullivan is, of course, right but that won’t help his cause with that crowd. They are beyond any decent conservatism and probably have been since the late 60’s.

Yes and another way for republicans to funnel money to the rich to help fund their kids’ educations. Anyone who has their child in private school(i pay for my grandson) would have them there no matter what, but this funding gives them a special perk. Again the rich over the poor. That failing crap will fall along the wayside as soon as the public is not looking.

She is another RR freak. She can barely pay her mortgage and she is going to pay 500 to see Bible Spice at Sac State. Hope she doesn’t mind going theough all the protestors. The students have petitioned for her not to come and say they will protest if the school goes ahead with it.

My husband sometimes laughs at her but he is nice to everyone so he puts up with her. She also goes to the casino a few miles away but barely has money to live. What she is really pissed off about is her husband died and left her 250k. She sunk it all in to her house and now the house is just about worth 250k and she has a mortgage of 200k but she won’t blame the Shrub, no how no way.

It was time to come home during the buildup in 2003. When will they ever learn? When will they learn?

Someone here in our neighborhood that is a die hard Palin fan and a RR church goer told my husband we have to have war because there are too many boys born……….how is that for intelligence? She did not like my “No More War” sign on our window. I am thinking about adding a hand flipping the bird to it directed at her LOL

We aim to educate, not that you needed it, in your case it is gently nudge you over. The last eight years with Shrub blew any fiscally conservatism out of the water. But….you can be a fiscally conservative dem, I am. Never got into buying all the “things” to make my life sooooo much better, I fared pretty well in the recession because of it.
