Attacking the ugly legislative process, where the approval rating for Congress is chronically low since forever, sows more fear which keeps people confused. the fact no one is talking about the PO in 4872 is that it is passively being obfuscated. I have a position that is predicated on a particular health care focused development wending its laborious way through a particular smallish city government somewhere in CA. As you can imagine, their politics and the state and federal politics are tough right now. The money is sitting their waiting so that isn’t the problem. It will mean nearly 1000 construction jobs in fairly short order to say nothing of the outpatient clinics, labs, etc. that will create permanent jobs. Commercial construction, imho, was devastated like no other industry this go around and the bottom hasn’t yet been found. at least in Commercial RE. Anyway, once it is approved, it funds and I am on salary. Simple as that.
