But, like one attorney said, it is not against the law to follow someone. Martin can’t speak and tell that he was threatened so, the prosecutor will have to prove it. Zimmerman can tell his side of the situation whether it is the truth or not. Do they have anything that gives credence to his story???? I hope not. (They have asked for no more evidence to be made public.) But, he is only 18 mos old. Mansion at the shoulders is 35 in, 6’3 on his hind legs and weighs 170. His baby brother, Moondozer is a couple of inches shorter and about 15 lbs lighter. And, they sleep in the bed with us! The boys dad weighed over 200 lbs so they are still growing. And, you would love them, too, as they are gentle giants. I don’t think he is trying to be Zimmerman’s attorney. I see it more that he is upset with the prosecutor for not presenting a stronger case because he thinks it could get thrown out. (but maybe not) There were 5 other attorneys that I read that were of the same opinion. That concerns me. This stand you ground law/self defense is hard to prove that it wasn’t necessary. It is the law in FL and it STINKS! Don’t get me wrong, I hope he is found guilty but there will be a case presented in his defense and if the prosecutor doesn’t have more evidence than we know, this won’t be easy to win. We don’t know if the defense can produce grass stained clothes and injuries that you can’t see clearly in that video. Zimmerman only has to prove he was scared for his life. Yes, he shouldn’t have followed the boy but following someone is not against the law either. He claims that the boy attacked him first while he was returning to his car. There are no eyewitnesses and the evidence collected at the scene concerns me. This was sloppy in so many ways and it may play better for Zimmerman. I read one attorney that said it wouldn’t be good if there were no injuries to Martin’s body and Zimmerman can show he had some because that would show that Martin was the aggressor and Zimmerman was in fear of his life. I know that this isn’t so but that might be an approach used. It is Zimmerman’s word against a young boy’s who can’t speak for himself. She should have said that Mrs. Romney had not worked “outside” of the home. (And that includes yard work because we already know that Romney’s hired illegals to do that!) Mrs. Romney is a stay at home mother that has many homes to choose to stay at. She also has 5 yes 5 housekeepers! She doesn’t need to worry about her sons welfare after she is gone because they each have millions in trust funds waiting for them. She had never had to leave her children with daycare that costs more than half her paycheck. She has never had to take a day off from work without pay to care for an ill child. She had nanny’s for that if she needed to go out. And can afford medical insurance should the illness be serious. She had never had to negotiate an increase in her wages because the guy doing the same job next to her got one and he was already making more. Or worried that she might lose her job because someone has moved, closed, or offshored the company. No, Mrs. Romney can not relate to the needs of women anymore than her husband. Mrs. Romney in her interview with FOX said that it was her choice to be a stay at home mother. That women are entitled to that choice and should not be held out as not working because of that choice. Count the number of times she used the word “Choice” in describing her rights. But, she and her husband now do not believe in “Choice for other women and in fact her husband’s plans are to do away with Planned Parenthood should he be elected President. No, Ms. Rosen error in her wording but not in her point she was trying to make. Mrs. Romney chose to stay at home because she could afford to do that. Many more do not have that option. They have to get up each morning and dress not only themselves but their children and face the challenges of home and career because they need to house, clothe and feed their family.
