No Kalima, he is talking exactly what I am. They are all in the draft but not in the preview. And, after you post them, they are as they were in the preview…NOT THERE. So, the others are not seeing all of them after they are posted just like I said. The preview is how they will appear after posting which is screwed up.

Thank you PocketWatch!!!! That is exactly what I am talking about. Not all of them are showing up in the Post! They are all there in my draft but after I send them to preview, they aren’t and they don’t all show after they are posted. Thank you so much for commenting. I am not going nuts! Well, I may still be doing that but not over the funnies.

Thanks for checking again, Kalima. No, I won’t be going in again. I am tired and frustrated. I went and looked at last weeks post and the week before and they are messed up on there, too. Not on any of the drafts, tho. This is way over my head but I really don’t believe it is my computer. Like I said, they are that way on 3 different ones. I even changed the resolution on this one and it made no difference. But, how could it be that if they are okay in the draft anyway. Maybe AdLib will know.
But, thank you for checking. I really appreciate it. It ain’t funny in the funnies for me right now………..

I don’t know, Kalima, it is a possibility but I really don’t think it is my computer. You see, I checked them on my laptop and they are still messed up on it, too. They don’t appear on my PC or my laptop. So, I asked my daughter to check them on her computer and she can’t see them all either. Something is wrong. It just started happening like I said when WordPress was changed. I will be interested in seeing if anyone else comments that they can’t see all of them. Kinda ruins my day and we are only in the wee hours of it.

Kalima and AdLib, all the funnies are there but when I preview many of them are screwed. Drawn way out and just a line of colors and no picture. If I refresh the preview, some will come back and others will be lost. I don’t understand what is going on. I have noticed this happening on some of the older posts, too. This has just started happening with the change to Word Press. Let me know if there is something I can do from my end.

Ad Lib, I have a problem. The up and down arrows on the right side of my word press aren’t there. I need those really bad when placing the cartoons. Now when I got on my lap top, they are there but not on my PC. I don’t understand why, do you? How do I get them to show?

And when I preview the cartoons are screwy. Some show and others are shunk and long and you can tell what they are. Sometime if I refresh they come back but other times they don’t. Now that it is doing on both the laptop and my PC. Help! Do I need to download a new Word Press or something?

OH CRAP! AdLib, now I can’t find all those I had lined up to post for this Sunday! Where did they go? Tell me, please, that you can find them! Last weeks are there in the Dashboard but not on the Home page. All up to Friday that I had to go on for tomorrow are gone. I had more to add tonight but where’d they go???? AdLib, I am whining! You don’t want to see me cry or cuss up a storm! HELP!

Hey AdLib and Kalima, I am starting to get emails that I have a response to my comments again! I don’t know why I stopped getting those but I did and now they are back! If you did something to help there, THANK YOU! If it is just that my computer got smarter, okay, I will pat its little head.

KALIMA!! I GOOFED! I sent the first one for Preview without the heading. Please use the second one that I sent with the heading. Thank you and sorry for the confusion. I have had this terrible cold since the day after Thanksgiving and I just can’t shack it. Okay, that was this weeks excuse, anyway…………..

AdLib, I appreciate you checking. Yes, I use the Text tab but that doesn’t help on the in between spacing problem. Word Press is going to compress empty spacing. That line placement is the only thing I have got to work. I don’t know why last week they disappeared. That is a first. But thanks for looking into it. Maybe Word Press just didn’t like me last weekend………

Kalima, just to let you know and I don’t know if this has anything to do with it but on Saturday evening it was really slow in posting. It was taking a lot longer for the picture to appear after you clicked for it to. Just letting you know. Thank you and AdLib for checking and I appreciate it very much!

P.S. I just went in and previewed those I have ready for this Sunday and the lines are there. So, lets see if they stay when on Saturday I send to you and Kalima to post. Fingers crossed.

Kalima, I don’t know what happen. I don’t think it was anything you did either. They just were there when I sent them to be posted. They were also there when I previewed them. For some reason they disappeared. I have tried double spacing and even triple spacing. It has something to do with WordPress. It compresses blank lines, so, when you preview the cartoons they run into each other. (The only ones that don’t are if the artist has added a blank border to the cartoon itself.) The way I found to keep it from doing that was to add a ____________ line like that between. That give a little white above and below the line and forces the spacing. But, this week for some reason all the lines are gone. They were there the week before, though. I don’t know, Kalima. We will just have to check them next week and see if it happens again. (Also, whenever I make a comment of my own under a cartoon, I always put a line. Those are not there this week, too. Mystery!)

AdLib, I noticed that this week on the funnies that the line I put in-between them to keep them from running into one another wasn’t there. Am I doing something wrong or is it my computer? If you space between the cartoons, after posting the system compresses them and there is no break between. That makes it hard to see where one ends and the other begins. When I put the line between them, the space remains. However, I put the line there this time put it disappeared. Duh, what’s up Doc?

Kalima or AdLib, it has been a long night for me. I sent the Funnies to you for Preview 3 times. I forgot something and had to add. Please use the last one I sent. I added the word Syria in the opening and in the excerpt. Sorry for any confusion but consider the source and how late it is. 🙂

Thank you, Kalima or AdLib, whichever of you that put the heading on the Sunday Funnies! I woke up this morning and remembered that I forgot to do it before submitting them. I got them done so late last night/early a.m. that I hurried to get them to you and forgot to do the last thing I do and put the heading on them! Again, thank you for finishing my work for me!

It worked! You have to put the lesser carrot, type the word blockquote and then put the greater carrot. At the end of the quote you have to again put the lessor carrot then a / type blockquote then greater carrot. I was just using the carrots.

Bito, even above the carrots didn’t show in my message to you. They aren’t there either. Strange.

I had put them there above at “I put (here I inserted the carrots) but that just kept the quote from showing” They don’t show in my explanation.

AdLib or Bito, tonight on VOX it like stopped and then it wouldn’t let me post and I couldn’t see your comments just your names. If I typed anything it came back with “I don’t like spam”. I went completely out and turned off my computer. Came back on and it still wouldn’t let me see your comments, just your names, and it wouldn’t take a comment from me. Now if I went out of VOX, I could see your comments in the roll that is on the right side of the screen. But, if I typed something in that comment area it came back with not liking spam. Hell, I don’t like spam either. Well, sometimes with mayo….anyway, this is the first time this has happen to me. Any ideas?
