Priests taking advantage of young boys is far more serious than rules “society” placed on them. And, politicians are no more subjected to rules “society” places than a school teacher, an executive and co-workers, or a married person with someone not their partner.

I have a problem with “we’re all human”. When you choose to be a public figure, you need to behave yourself in a matter that requires you to think about your actions. I don’t care if you have kinky sex pictures but I do hope you are smart enough not to put them where your enemies are going to find them. In public life, that comes with the territory. And, think about your family and the reflection of your actions on them. I don’t know about my mechanic but I hope my husband would think of me before he would be so foolish.

Let me start by saying that I was a very big Anthony Weiner fan. However, when this story first hit and he did not come out immediately and say it was not him, well, I knew there was more to it. And, with that, it wasn’t going away. There will be more pictures to surface and more riskay. He did it and he couldn’t stop so it had to go further. Do I care about this man’s sex life? No. But, he and only him made it public. He put it out there and sooner or later it will be found. Why would a man with so much going for him do such a stupid thing? He was thinking with the wrong head. And, thinking he was above getting caught. He’s poor family. Yes, he let his fellow Democrats down but nothing like he did to his family. If he can’t be smart enough to protect them and his own reputation and his career, well, you have to question his ability to act in the best interest of others. He has left me questioning that fact and only that. Listen, guy, if you aren’t smart enough to know that putting pictures out on the net like that and sending them to young ladies, well, you just aren’t smart! You have let a lot of people down but nothing like your wife and your family.

AdLib, they did last week introduced in the House and Senate legistation that would attempt to put a bit of control on those private lenders, restoring the bankruptcy rules so that private student loans may be discharged through bankruptcy. Now if that can get pass the Bank owned elected officials that will be surprising. However, we can show we tried.

Mine was Sugarfoot. Do you remember him? There was Maverick, Cheyenne, and Sugarfoot. They rotated their Sundays. I named my pony Sugarfoot. (I know, like you care. But, you reminded me of him.)

Yes, how well I remember every Sunday night watching Marshall Dillion walk out on that dirt road that ran through Dodge City, with his leg spread in his stands, wait, and pull his gun and shoot the bad guy that faced him. He didn’t want to do it but justice must be done. After reholstering his gun, walk into the Long Branch Saloon and be served a drink by Miss Kitty with Doc reassurance that “it had to be done.”
My Dad, after a hard day of farming, yes even on Sunday, relaxed in his recliner with Mr. Dillion and his justice.

One of the many advantages of being the daughter of such a dad was that we had the first colored TV on our road because my Dad wanted to watch Bonaza in color. I still remember the first time I saw the Wizard of Oz and Dorothy open that door to colorful OZ. WOW! Oh, how I miss that Dad of mine and the passing of Mr. Dillion reminds me just how much I do.

Al Sharpton was guest host on the “Ed Show” tonight. I enjoyed him on there. He was a little stiff but I did enjoy him. Liked on the Rachel Maddow show the showing a piece from the first airing on CSpan and John Glenn not liking all the crap he was having to go thru to be on, like the makeup, how to wear his mic, not leaning over and showing his bald spot to the camera. Pretty funny and he ended in his address to the House with, “Mr. President, I am not changing how I do things.” Gee, it has been 25 years for C-Span.

I think it will be Romney but if today continues he will be a bit tattered from his own party. I don’t think he can beat Obama, tho. But, why are the powers to be in the Republican Party allowing him to be torn down on the first day? Okay, they have no true powers to be right now but the TeaParty???? Boy, if the TeaParty gets Palin or Bachmann nominated that would be something. I can’t believe that the Republican Party would allow the party to go that low. Now as a Democrat, I would LOVE IT!

Boy, it can’t get much worst for you, Mr. Romney, than to have Palin put you down like she did today after your announcement. Oh wait! So, did Giuliani! Romney is the “wrong” religion among other things for the TeaParty. Okay, I kinda felt a little sorry for the guy today with his own party attacking him. And, especially the ones that got to have their voices heard. Can’t they just ignore Palin? I mean that at you, too, Republicans!

Oh, and I thought my body had lost it’s beauty. But, it would fit into this picture nicely with it’s white, loose, flappy, wrinkles. Of course, the mass of the others would help a lot. Alone I think it still has problems……..
